I understand the others who were banned may not engage in the RP you desire, but Deluxe does. To say he is NITRP is just wrong, I’d suggest conducting a proper investigation and you’ll see he is actually interested in the RP. Seems like he was just banned purely off of his association with the others.

Deluxe has been a valuable member of my organization and is known for being a clothing salesman and an avid recruiter. NITRP is an inaccurate way to characterize this player. He has consistently provided quality roleplay for both our organization and the public at large. In fact, he has attended multiple RP events respectfully, with networking in mind. This ban should be reversed post-haste so he can get back to it. Thank you!

How is it that he was banned for NITRP even though he was actively roleplaying. In the video, he clearly was roleplaying and actually making a sale.

Also, from what I'm seeing in the comment section of the ban appeal... The lower administration is taking side of the UA member who banned him due to guilty by association and not reviewing the evidence that the banned member is showing.

I've seen this happen before on multiple servers and honestly, +1 to the appeal.

Let me explain to you what exactly you did.

There were a few individuals who were dedicating 100% of their time to mugging, oftentimes utilizing throwaway characters. You, acted as a fence for these players. You were connected to not one, but 3 of the accounts used by these individuals, moving their stolen items for them.

That being said, upon review of your ban history, you're being granted a chance. Don't involve yourself in sketchy things in the future.
