I wasn't even involved with the first initial contact that happened between another de leon member and a transgender woman... the transgender woman started punching the de leon guy and I dropped him a shovel to defend himself and thats when she picked it up and started hitting him. So I pulled out my own shovel and started hitting her. She claims tresspassing/harrassment is RDM baiting but all that is entirely an IC issue with the police, my boss was in the building so I went back in thinking we would be cool since I wasn't even the one involved with the person she was fighting. Then she starts hitting me with her shovel and I clearly say "Chill, Chill, Im not on shit anymore, Calm down... " and the crazy part is I didn't even kill her, I hit her twice with a shovel because she started hitting a de leon friend of mine who didn't even do anything he was just standing there even when she was punching the de leon guy. My intentions we're never to even hurt anyone, even when the women kept punching a fellow de leon member I could've been attacked her. I literally wasn't even involved with the first confrontation she had with the first de leon guy. adam Posted Saturday at 09:28 PM Share Posted Saturday at 09:28 PM Banning admin here - What got you banned is the fact you were already told to leave, then you exited the property (which is where it should have ended, and no bans would be issued), but you then then sprinted back in stating "fucking tranny", and attempting to make it as far as possible before being killed. While yes, trespassing is an IC situation, what you were doing (and know you are doing) is RDM baiting. 1 Link to comment

I was just simply defending my friend after the women picked up my shovel and started hitting him. I didn't even kill her, I just hit her twice and that was literally it. Link to comment

It is quite clear in this situation that you and your friend were ONLY there to cause issues and be a general nuisance to her for no real apparent reason. I do believe your actions may constituent less RDM baiting and more general minging then anything, I think that with your playtime and note history you should know better by now.
