Why should you be unPK'd? I know what i did was stupid but i litertaly just wanted to go inside his house i wasnt gonna shoot anybody or rob anybody if i did want to i would've been shot him when i seen him with his gun i tried to back away and run away and not shoot at him, and this character means something to be because i been collecting christmas presents on it for a while now been through trial and tribulations with this char. And If this gets denied i understand what i did was fucking retarded. And i thought it wouldnt be a pk if i didnt point guns at him or try to harm him and because it was a townhouse not owned by a faction

Hello Pking Administrator here,

Like I've stated yesterday before I pk'd your character that it is considered attempt to breaking in a property as soon as you use your lockpick on a property you don't have keys to. Jokingly lockpicking someones property is also a huge risk! Yes the townhouse is not owned by a faction however those doors were owned by another User. You also asked your buddy to boost him up (so you could get on the ladder to lockpick the window) 

Robbery/raiding rules below that could elaborate why you were pkd

1. A robbery is defined as forcing your way onto a property with the intention of burglary or theft (or just to gain access, can be considered a raid), lockpicking a door open or barging in with weapons while there are occupants inside or when the occupants step out. Squatting on a property is not considered a robbery.
2. If you are killed during the robbery/raid it will result in a PK.
3. F2 Buyable properties like Ghetto or Townhouses are on considered valid renting of a property

From what i can see the PK is valid and will stay that why, we suggest everyone reads the rules before playing so "I didn't know I could be PKed for that" isn't a reason to unPK you.
