Reason for blacklist (if given):Interfering with a Crime scene

Why should they be returned?:I realize my actions have consequences,  And i know i was mingeing when i shouldn't have im sorry that i have done this now i know next time not to do it again. I regret placing my dupe down on a crime scene and if i didn't do it i would still had my pet flags and help people build or build for others. Staff Please forgive me for my actions in consideration i have learned my lesson.

+1. He's retarded, but I've seen astronomically worse offenders get redemption. He's just a builder that got bored. He knows what not to do next time, and hopefully there aren't any more next times.

What irked me on your last appeal was your willingness to lie about the situation / your intentions when placing the dupe, implying it was accidental.
