What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  My motivation for applying is I play the server daily and enjoy many aspects mainly RPing with people, I would like to moderate to ensure all player can continue to have fun and RP without being rule broke by minges and continue to enjoy the server  make their own story's and lives, in my long time here I have witnessed so many minges or NITRP players and have seen how this affects not only other peoples RP but their day.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I believe I should be considered over other candidates because as stated I have played this server a long time and am very familiar with the state of RP and how it works also I play everyday so I would be able to help people and take their tickets to ensure no one is waiting too long to have their situation dealt with and they can continue playing and having fun.

Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do not

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes LTAP, NLR and RDM in a sit all these bans came in 2021 when I first joined and I was completely new to Gmod and RP in general I was also not a good person back then honestly , however this is not an excuse I regret these actions massively  I understand now how my actions affected other players and generally made me a Minge I have learned from these actions and actively try to not rule break or be a minge in any way.  

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  I wouldn't say I am very well known but in certain circles and factions I'm well known, I would say my reputation is mainly known as a quiet person who try's to work hard and help other people especially new players out I have spent many hours teaching people the ins and outs and the dos and don'ts of the server/Crime RP, I would say the people I've met and forged friendships with think I'm a good guy who just try's to keep his head down and achieve my goals.

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Hard to say I've had many good times but I would say some of my favourite is running singing nights with my friend Shamrock, becoming  a buttoned member with one of my best friends and Boxing with people

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would not step in unless it was a case of a mass RDM and let other staff handle it however if the ticket was open for too long which I think is over a minute I would take the ticket and no clip to a rooftop/Sit box then I would ask for any evidence they have if they provide evidence i would watch it and come to a Non Biased decision, Depending on the PO's/Severity of the situation I would take the steps to punish them and ask them to read up on the rules 
 

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather any evidence i could then make a UA ticket with all the evidence 

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If no other staff take the ticket I would take the ticket and ask for the evidence I would then watch said evidence and check the logs if they are found to have broken the rules I would punish them knowing/ being friends with someone does not mean you can be Biased towards them in any way and is a serious offense

+1 known the guy a while, respectable and puts a lot of time in. Has held ranks in multiple factions and did a damn good job at it, so clearly understands how the roleplay works on the server. Would be a great addition to the staff team.
