Reason for PK: 12/1/2024

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: cannot be pked due to time limit of 2 weeks (I left the faction months ago)

Hello Mark, Happy here! there are a number of reasons we have chosen to kill you ranging from failing as a leader and losing an entire hotel as well as wasting up to 250 million of faction funds. You bent over for other families and left the Gambino faction to fall to its lowest.

Hi, PK'ing admin here! While your PK log was only posted today, I had been approved to withhold it till it was done due to fears of metagame because of who you were. Orders were put on your head on 8/6/2024. To prove the timeline of events, here is the screenshot of when your orders were originally put on you and here is the logs confirming when you left the faction which was 10/14/2024, well after the date of orders being given for you. Happy has already posted a more flushed out reason for their orders, as well as you leaving the faction without his blessing to do so.

Which was months ago you had the opportunity to over coup me which you never did, That was then not now i was a civ and i left the faction months ago you had your chance to coup me then why act now? This should have not been dragged on this long when that whole thing was months ago. 

 

Also what was the reason for my pk? The specific reason on why now instead of when i was the faction leader or when i was active in the faction.

So, a couple of points. Obviously, the rules state that the orders have to be given within 2 weeks of the individual leaving the faction, which occurred and is verifiable. Good on the pking staff member for getting the logs, especially considering these pks can take a while and end in the logs being wiped.

On consideration of this evidence, this pk appeal will be denied. The proper protocols were followed.

In regards to your assertion that they should've couped you, its way easier to kill you after you leave instead of couping you. And a lot less risky. Fact of the matter is, that when you left, you did so with the knowledge that they could still kill you.
