Reason for PK: Item Swapping 

Why should you be unPK'd? Because I am well known in this community, and I have played this sever and dedicated my time to my in game character and everything and I have never done any major offense's, I don't have a bad player record, to this sever an I am respectful to the staff and I apologize for my actions of item swapping and I wish to be unpk'ed and deserve a second chance if possible please.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: N/A My medal was not on during the time of my PK.

Hello I am the administrator who administrated your permakills for both of your characters, Officer Johnny Rockwell and the one you are appealing on Chris Rockwell. When item transferring you are subjected to possibly having both of your characters deleted when under staff discretion.  Since you quite literally stole another person's gun while they were in cuffs and dared to transfer it to another character with the same last name. We can add fail corruption to this for another reason why your other character was banned.

Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. There is enough justification to show that item transfer did occur and that it was intentional, thus the rules dictate that a pk can occur under the discretion of staff. 

We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
