So just some info on the PK. You asked me to set two individuals as active, I watched for a bit as you chased them around the town trying to get them to somewhere out of the way. They tried to run away and didn't want to go with you. You and your friend chased them in a car, and they managed to get away a few times. You found one of them in an alley and shot him and he hopped the fence and ran away and probably linked back up with his 'brother'.

You then tried to lure them back into the Legacy building offering promotions and money but at this time they were already aware of your intentions, and knew you were a threat because of your previous blunder in trying to shoot them in the alley.

So, as the staff member laid out, you attacked them first, blundered it, and gave them an opportunity to counter attack. This was a failure on your part, and an inherent risk that you take on when deciding to be the executor of someones life. No RDM here.
