Why should you be unPK'd? 
Me and another member were trying to PK these two members of our faction who are blatantly not even trying to roleplay and just causing problems for everyone,  and I ended up making them a bit suspicious after I said in chat " I got em here hurry", beforehand they were told that they were going to be giving a promotion so I figured they would stay but instead  they wandered away switched clothes and gathered a group of white shirts and had them following them around, they brought them around the corner of our workplace and had them wait, they told us to come outside and as we walked out the door and went outside they all started equipping bats and weapons and rdmed me.

So just some info on the PK. I was asked to set two individuals as PK active by someone else in your faction. You and him drove around the city looking for them, bumping into them a number of times but they kept giving you the slip. The other guy cornered one of them in an alley and shot him but he managed to live and escape and make it back to his 'brother'. 

Following that, presumably now extremely cautious around you both, you found them and tried to lure them with promises of promotions and money but they chose to hire some people instead to attack you before you could attack them again

Isn't there a rule on someone not being able to be paid to kill someone because I feel that what was done in that instance, He gathered up a bunch of people and rdmed us that's not a situation that should be even counted in the roleplay, we stopped chasing them and just waited for them to come to us,  we were inside our place of work.

rule is that you can absolutely do hits so long as there is a valid reason that you are doing it. I think them trying to kill you is a valid reason. Seems like you got outplayed.

If in fact these members were just being minges and had NiTRP, you should have made a staff report and unwhitelisted them. However, you neglected to actually make a claim of rule violations prior to you deciding to execute them. This could have been regarded in an investigation, but you chose to handle it ICly instead of taking the proper route of staff, and are only trying to go back on it after you were unsuccessful and reaped the consequences of your failed attempt at taking their lives. Obviously as the pking administrator pointed out, you guys shot one of them in a failed attempt. They came back with firepower (or, in this case, shovels), and were able to overpower you and in the end won. This is why PKs need to be precise, and this will be a good learning lesson for you.
