Mickey Onyx PK appeal

Date of PK: 18/11/24

Reason for PK: I killed a cop as he asked for my weapons license as soon as I spawned in on my char, After killing him, I fled & hid then left the server, when I joined back my char was banned. I was not killed during the altercation with the police officer. 

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Was char banned when I was not killed during the altercation.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Has no medal or clipping software active.

Hello, I am the administrator who approved this permakill for your character Mickey Onyx. Shooting an officer can be seen as a calculated risk. Once said officer has been shot, you are liable to the cooldown of 15 minutes as per any pk active guideline.  I understand you wanted to leave to avoid being arrested and that itself can be seen as LTARP, but since you decided to shoot the officer you were under the cooldown limit, and switching off the character while still on that cooldown gave reason for you to be permakilled Rules below to explain And a video on the situation near the end.
