Why should you be unbanned?
I acknowledge I was fairly banned, my only issue with this ban is the length of it. I did VDM a player but in my ban info it says I vdmed 2 players which is wrong as I only ran over one player. The length of my ban should be shorter as I only ran over one player and a 3 day ban for that is a little absurd. I have learned from my actions and the consequences vdming other players brings me.

Hello, banning moderator here. I banned you for VDM because you had ran over someone, and killed them intentionally for not buying your oil. Considering that you had obviously done it intentionally it was going to be a ban, when i checked your notes, you had 2 Past Offenses (PO's) for VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) | Leading me to banning you. The 3 days is more than justified for VDM PO x2.

 

There were 3 people in the garage you decided to run into, you only killed one, imo, this ban is justified.

Your ban info does not say you VDM'd 2 people. It says you have 2 PO's (Past Offenses)

As you stated yourself, you did in fact VDM someone. Given you have 2 POs, this length is completely justifiable.
