That would be a good reason to blacklist someone's flags, except the person in the video isn't me. I'd expect a staff member would put the bare minimum effort into identifying people- especially when issuing a permanent flag blacklist.

Ok, then this is my character. I'm clearly NOT black, nor do I have a sniper on my back. Other than that, maybe check logs and you'll see I only spawned that prop in once and it was while I was driving, on accident. I never prop abused.

Hello, I was the one who removed your flags as well as the others. We received a few tickets regarding "several hijab guys running around prop minging". The first sit was regarding this video below, with you standing next to him, clearly not being vocal against the person's actions, so that was suspicion #1 that you guys were doing it together and encouraging each other to do it:

So I took that one guy's flags away, then the very next sit, another guy claiming it's "some guys in hijab clothing prop abusing", then I'm sent the following clip which then made me investigate by looking up the specific prop used; resulting in me seeing you, him, and another hijab wearer spawning in the exact same prop. I then TP'd to where you spawned it in, and it was in the middle of the road by the LSD dealer / city hall. This put me in a position to make a choice: (1) Make a judgement call and take both their flags away to stop people from having their time on the server ruined and piss off 1 person, or (2) give the 1 person the benefit of the doubt and risk even more tickets coming in, making me look like I'm allowing people to do this and set a bad precedent. This was a judgement call for you specifically, but in my opinion I've seen the "only have 1 person break the rules until he's banned then the next person, then the next person, etc. etc. so we can troll for as long as possible" a LOT of times, and this was my way of getting ahead of it:

Now as for "not explaining anything to you" part; you're wearing hijab clothing. That tells me you are nowhere near new to the server. You know only super admins + can re-enable pet flags for someone who was blacklisted, making a sit to discuss it would be completely pointless and a waste of both our times as there were tickets covering my whole screen that needed to be addressed and time was of the essence to get them done.

 

For whether or not you should get them back, that's much higher than my pay grade, and they'll decide that, but in the end I genuinely believe all of you had some hand in prop abusing as 3 people wearing the same outfits spawning the same prop of all props in different areas of the map didn't add up to something harmless, especially with prop abuse clips as bad as those.

Again, I'm NOT in this video. I have a white player model. You can even hear that its Andrew and Julius... not me.

Once again, I'm no where in this video. You didn't make a judgement call, you just saw a prop in the logs and didn't even bother to talk to me first. I spawned the prop in ON ACCIDENT. I was looking at what prop Julius was using to minge with and I clicked and instantly deleted it. Notice that the prop I spawned in, I spawned in only once and immediately deleted (not sure if logs check that). Idle curiosity isn't a malicious intent on my part. I think, it's a really shitty judgement call when you have clear video evidence on one specific party prop minging and decide to rope me in with them, even though I did nothing but wear the hijab given to me by my friend.

Had no idea you couldn't reverse the blacklist- apologies that I'm not well versed in the rules. I wanted to ask why my flags were revoked and you refused to explain why you took then and linked a video of Julius prop minging.

 

Point being, you've provided PLENTY of evidence that Julius (and Andrew) should have been investigated, but my only crime was clicking a button on my spawn menu while I was driving and then deleting the prop .5 seconds later. I didn't abuse my flags, I didn't kill anyone, all I did was wear a weird Arab suit given to me by a friend and sit in a car with my pal @Rho while he drove me around. I would have appreciated at least a staff sit or any form of communication and I could have explained all of this to you in-game. Instead, you jumped to conclusion and blacklisted me on pure speculation.

Ruffian did spawn the bars prop when I was driving him. I asked him why he spawned it since it stopped the car, he said it was an accident and then immediately got rid of it. I wasn't around for anything else, but in the screenshot @Falcon posted concerning the location in which the prop was spawned, that was when he was in my car and he immediately removed it because it was an accident . I wasn't a part of any of the arab guys stuff, and that particular situation was after all of that happened, so Ruffian wasn't involved in all that stuff.

The evidence provided doesn't incriminate you at all, as a matter of fact, I couldn't even see you. I understand why Falcon revoked your PET flags, and I'm sure you understand why it happened. Mistakes like these happen sometimes, and it's why we have the appeal process. Next time your friends / acquaintances start breaking the rules, make a ticket and then remove yourself from the situation to prevent this type of thing from happening again.
