Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): It's been a year Pendred. I really really miss you. Mommy says you're safe, in a beautiful place called Diverge. I wish I could get back and see you again. But I have to many PO's  . My friends have been missing me, Aswell. I want to come back to Southside. I miss the bullshit times me and my buddies use to have. I miss the rats (police). And I miss Susan  . I wanna come back from Italy(ban). Please Pendred  . Goodbye Pendred.
