Long Answer

What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  I’ve been around the server for a good while and I’m usually on at night/ not peak hours. During these times the servers got staffing shortages and it can get kinda hectic. I’d like to be one of the guys on helping the quality of life of role play during those times. Ive enjoyed this server for a long time and would love to help in any way I could. I would also like to grow inside of the community more.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  I’ve been in the community long enough to understand situations from all angles. I understand all server the server rules. I’m a reliable person, and I stick to my word. I like to have fun but when I need to be serious I can be. I also would just like to uphold the way the server works, and being more immersed role play, along with getting rid of people aren’t here for that, or possibly helping people who don’t know just yet how it works. 
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): none. 
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I have been for a few days reason being I was baiting bananas with Raul while back on ccng, i understand what I did wrong now.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  I wouldn’t say I’m well known as of now. I took a 4-5 month break from all of it. The people that do know me know I can be relied on. That I do what I need to do and what I’m told too. I’m also always trying to find a good answer to a situation that may not have any.  My reputation is mostly being able to have a good time but also knowing when to be serious and do what is needed in said situation.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?:  it’s gotta be my first PK, little Sanjay mchavic with his pink suit and a Bren ten, shaking in his boots as he walks into the office of the silver tounge, dude who was killed was Tony Dan, relic of his time, total scumbag, im standin there, waiting to shoot this dude, I pull my gun and so does he, I shoot off a few rounds almost DIED but gladly my friend was there to clean up the mess I made.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: if a ticket is made and I’m not in a situation where I’m role playing actively I’ll take a ticket, if I’m part of said RDM I’ll clip it and make a ticket myself/report player here on the forums.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: try to talk to him about it, if he doesn’t listen to reason then clip it and report it in the correct chain of command.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would be bias twords someone I’ve known for awhile, but I’d try my best not to be it I her to take the ticket, I would look at the evidence and make a judgement based off that as well as a opinion of another staff member if available.
