it wouldnt be actively snowing, the snow would already be on the ground so it would have at least the same performance (or very close performance) as the map we are using. No weather.

Would be cool if there was general Christmas theme for the winter season, not uncommon for cities to decorate for the holidays as public events and such 

 

not a necessity but snow in general would be epic sauce
