Didn't you kiss your brother with tongue and eye contact live in a vc? -
Hey! Admin here that set you PK active to your faction as a result of orders. When you join a criminal faction, you must accept the risks (shown here) The reasons your faction gave were that you were a suspected informant, and that absolutely could cause an IC investigation or any of the other legitimate reasons to PK a fellow faction member. I hope this helps it make sense, and good luck on your appeal!

Major plus one, love slurpees and the 14 armed elephant ho would be massively motivating

Sorry you had to deal with that king

Hey, banning staff member here. In the situation that you were banned for, (Clip for context) you start to snitch on the guy that shot you. (Not encouraging that, but it is within the rules). After beginning the roleplay with the (now present) police, you lie and say that someone else shot you, a random person not involved at all. (While the guy that shot you is still around the crime scene). This prompts a new situation for the police, one that is entirely fictional (and ultimately ends in someone getting arrested that did nothing wrong). The powergame rule in question: Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc, (irrelevant to this scenario) You may not invent evidence to force a roleplay nor may you take OOC matters into IC The scenario you made up led to someone that did nothing wrong get forced into roleplay against his will, and very negatively impacted their time in the city. I do not think this ban was unfair or unjust, but good luck on your appeal.

Hey, I am the admin that set you active. When you join a criminal faction, you are met with this prompt: When you clicked "I understand and accept the risks" you also accepted the risk of being permanently killed by faction members. The reasons provided to me in the order were both very legitimate reasons to PK a faction member, you were working at a gun store that you were not supposed to be and had a confrontation with the police on your faction's property. Both of these reasons seemed like you were a liability to your faction and could compromise their legal businesses. As a result, I set you PK active to them. Hope this helps, good luck on your character appeal. This isn't a ban appeal, but I banned you for returning to the scene of where your main character's dead body was. You came back and I pulled you to a sit, explained that if you wanted to appeal the case you would be more than welcome to on the forums, and that you cannot intervene with the crime scene nor the people that were around when it happened. I told you go somewhere else in town for a while and warned you if you did not stop you would be banned. Instead, you moved half a block to the business your (now deceased) main character worked at and started talking about people the character you were playing had no IC knowledge of (especially this ronnie guy). After waiting afk on the same street corner for 5ish minutes, you run back to the crime scene that police were actively investigating and start telling them about the body. I banned you after multiple warnings and if you'd like to appeal the ban, I recommend you make a ban appeal.

Hey, banning staff here. Your meditation roleplay could have easily been continued elsewhere in the building and instead was carried out as close as you could get to their building, at full volume, during an event. After a PM saying move it and turn it down, I deleted your first hifi playing yoko ono earrape. This was after the sit which I explained the other side's perspective and why you were being inconsiderate; you were adamant that you didn't care and that your meditation roleplay (sitting afk while music blares at an event next door) was more important. You also insisted I should "Keep deleting the hifis for content" after deleting the first. You place another hifi blaring music and I banned you for no intent to roleplay. You ruined the experience for others via your hifi and the rule that you're violating is "Be mature and responsible with it, if you are found abusing it, it will be removed" after I fairly removed your hifi, you placed another and hurt the roleplay of those around you, showing your lack of interest for roleplay and highlighted your need for attention. I do not feel my ban was unjust, hope this clears it up. Good luck on your appeal

Hello, admin here that PKed you as a result of LTARP. I did not ban you for the LTARP, but right after you got brought under FearRP and tied you left the city for "Disconnect by user" as seen in the logs: The clip that I was shown of the mugging showed shots fired, then you get tied. Seconds after being tied you leave and don't return for another hour and forty minutes. Upon your return (1:40 later), you get into a vehicle and head to an atm, where you put all the clothes you had on into your account. Had you DMed an admin or moderator after your initial disconnect then the roleplay could have possibly continued, but instead you got picked up and dropped off at an atm to store your stuff. Leaving under FearRP, while tied, before they got any items from you seemed very convenient. Putting all your stuff into your bank afterwards without any communication to staff makes me doubt that it was unintentional. Hope this helps clear the water.

Hello, I was the admin that handled your PK. When you joined the faction that PK'd you, you accepted the risks from this prompt: When you accepted those risks, you also accepted the realities of criminal life, which comes with the risk of being killed by your fellow faction members on order of your boss. The reasons that your boss listed in the order seemed like legitimate reasons, and I ultimately set you PK active as a result. Hope this helps clear up the situation.

Hey, I was the staff that handled your PK. When you joined this faction, you were prompted with this message: when you clicked "I understand and accept the risks", you accepted the risk of being permanently killed by fellow faction members. The reasons the faction gave were valid reasons to be PKed and I set your character active as a result of that. Hope this helps clear it up.
