  1. Hello, to reiterate, your response to my message was "Just like you didnt warn your friend when he rdmed em." I don't need an apology, but by disregarding what I said and accusing me of not warning a rule-breaker it showed that you just wanted to go do whatever you want. I'd recommend you read the rules in your break, this was the rule I felt was broken at the time as well Staff Members word is FINAL if you have a dispute with a staff member’s decision. Bring the complaint up with higher staff or via forums Had you just said "OK, it won't happen anymore" that would have 100% been sufficient. Again, good luck on your appeal.
  2. Hello, banning admin here. You were on your cop character, spamming Garry's Mod death noises through your soundboard in the middle of the street. I PMed you in-game asking if you wanted another ban (I banned you 3 weeks ago for something very similar). Instead of apologizing or saying it wouldn't happen anymore, you got very defensive and said that I had not properly handled a situation regarding RDM that you were on the receiving end of earlier. When I initially looked at your notes, I saw that you already had 4 for misusing your soundboard. This ultimately showed me that you don't ever plan on using it appropriately, and a gag did not seem sufficient given your ban from 3 weeks ago. Hope this helps clear it up, good luck on your appeal.
  3. Hello, banning admin here. You were banned for being involved in a mugging, on a character that had no real roleplay outside of trolling/being called "Jack Me Off". You were permanently banned due to the tons of POs you've had, mixed with the lack of meaningful roleplay you've managed to provide. While you do not have prior bans for mugging characters, you should be more than comfortable with the rules as you have had 9 previous bans. The rules that I felt were broken are You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay. If a mugging violates these rules it is deemed a 'fail mug' and the victim is not subject to a PK if killed. Should the mugger be killed during a fail mug they perpetrated the handling Administrator may choose to still PK them as a result. You may not have a minge/non-serious character for 'messing around' You may not have a character for the express purpose of mugging/raiding as a means to avoid consequences on your main character. You had 7 bans in 2025, all but one of them are for RDM alongside rules that should be known by someone that's been playing the server for literal years. It became apparent that you were/are not here to roleplay, but to make the environment around those that are miserable. Hope this helps clear the water, good luck on your appeal.

Major plus one, city mandated spittoons would also go ridiculously hard
  5. Hello, banning admin here. You were banned as a result of having a mugging character after just coming off almost a month-long ban for doing the same thing, you were permanently banned as a result of your previous bans and notes. The character you got banned as a result of mugging on, Jake Fichier, as you pointed out has less than 30 hours of time played, yet you said that you had loads of money and suits on the character. Why mug for more at that point when you just got off a ban for using mugging characters? Your main character may be set, but what difference does it make if you can't roleplay enough to get money/suits legitimately? Mugging has calculated risk and if there's nothing for you to lose, the person on the receiving end takes all the risk for you. Here are the rules that I felt were broken, I hope this clears the situation up. Good luck on your appeal. Mass mugging in order to to PK people, or 'PK hunting' / being 'PK hungry' is not permitted. If an Admin feels like you're doing things intentionally for no regard for actual roleplay they may deny your PK requests issue according punishments You may not make a character for the sole purpose of mugging, for example if you are pk'ed for mugging and simply create a new character and continue the same actions. It shows you have no regard for actual roleplay.
  6. The latinx community would love this
  7. +1 wish he asked for my wecommendation
  8. Didn't you kiss your brother with tongue and eye contact live in a vc?
  9. Hey! Admin here that set you PK active to your faction as a result of orders. When you join a criminal faction, you must accept the risks (shown here) The reasons your faction gave were that you were a suspected informant, and that absolutely could cause an IC investigation or any of the other legitimate reasons to PK a fellow faction member. I hope this helps it make sense, and good luck on your appeal!
  10. Major plus one, love slurpees and the 14 armed elephant ho would be massively motivating

    Ban appeal

Hey, banning staff member here. In the situation that you were banned for, (Clip for context) you start to snitch on the guy that shot you. (Not encouraging that, but it is within the rules). After beginning the roleplay with the (now present) police, you lie and say that someone else shot you, a random person not involved at all. (While the guy that shot you is still around the crime scene). This prompts a new situation for the police, one that is entirely fictional (and ultimately ends in someone getting arrested that did nothing wrong). The powergame rule in question: Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc, (irrelevant to this scenario) You may not invent evidence to force a roleplay nor may you take OOC matters into IC The scenario you made up led to someone that did nothing wrong get forced into roleplay against his will, and very negatively impacted their time in the city. I do not think this ban was unfair or unjust, but good luck on your appeal.
  12. Hey, I am the admin that set you active. When you join a criminal faction, you are met with this prompt: When you clicked "I understand and accept the risks" you also accepted the risk of being permanently killed by faction members. The reasons provided to me in the order were both very legitimate reasons to PK a faction member, you were working at a gun store that you were not supposed to be and had a confrontation with the police on your faction's property. Both of these reasons seemed like you were a liability to your faction and could compromise their legal businesses. As a result, I set you PK active to them. Hope this helps, good luck on your character appeal. This isn't a ban appeal, but I banned you for returning to the scene of where your main character's dead body was. You came back and I pulled you to a sit, explained that if you wanted to appeal the case you would be more than welcome to on the forums, and that you cannot intervene with the crime scene nor the people that were around when it happened. I told you go somewhere else in town for a while and warned you if you did not stop you would be banned. Instead, you moved half a block to the business your (now deceased) main character worked at and started talking about people the character you were playing had no IC knowledge of (especially this ronnie guy). After waiting afk on the same street corner for 5ish minutes, you run back to the crime scene that police were actively investigating and start telling them about the body. I banned you after multiple warnings and if you'd like to appeal the ban, I recommend you make a ban appeal.
