The 2nd and last time I warned you, you said "You should remove the ability to stove bomb if I 'm not supposed to do it." then went back to PD and did it again. Besides the stove bombing and cop baiting, I witnessed you ram your car into a couple parked people and contribute nothing to RP. I watched you for around 15 minutes and all you did in that time was play music in your mic, cop bait, and minge.

You think I want this to be an unserious server? I wish I could do more but I'm limited by UA like every other staff member is. This can't be a "Serious Rp server" with the pics I listed above.

I bring up the things listed below and I'm told to cope and it's all fine (note the DeLorean body group was changed by a staff and is not actually supposed to be like that)

Only advice I can give, the community has brought up many of these issues before and nothing has changed, just get told “cope its gmod”. Staff can punish people breaking rules but everything else is out of our hands and is up to UA

This is a pretty frequent topic of discussion in staff chats. 1. Report = Punishment, we don’t have eyes everywhere 2. This has been brought up before, always ends in “Let people talk their shit as long as its not OOC” 3-4. Discord has been overused for so long but I get what you mean. Unless its metagame, nothing we can do. 5. Yes they do. Again, you need to report as we only have so many eyes. 6. Been brought up many times, it’s not changing. The cats out of the bag. 7. These are fronts at the end of the day and cant be expected to run 24/7 8. Yeah, we don’t have to name em either As for the rule breaks, staff can only see so much, so if someone is breaking rules report them. As for the seriousness of the server, this is also probably not going to change anytime with the current set up as all of these things go hand in hand. The factions, clothing, cars, whatever, its all related. tldr: make reports when you see rule breaks and if you want serious rp, play fiveM.

I think the flag option would be the best. People say stupid shit over rumour all the time because they think it's completely anonymous like staff can't see who is posting them. For example, last night I muted two people for saying "Askull is a lispy retard". Using OOC terms IC in a small group of people is one thing, but retards will use rumour to type stupid OOC shit to get attention from the majority of the server. If we had flags, this wouldn't be such an issue.
