Reason for Note: I got a note for VDM when I was on a police chase inside tunnels and accidentally backed up into a guy walking in the tunnels.
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Throughout the police chase the guy in the pink car had been going around the little triangle to try and avoid me so I try to backup in a attempt to try and cut off his car. Inside the tunnels was a guy just walking and not even attempting to run out of the way basically watching at that point and so when I go to back up it kills him in the process.
Why should the Note be removed? I think this was kind of unfair as soon as I got pulled into the sit and Jmoorsey saw the clip he brushed it off as "intentionally running the guy over" and when I try to explain to him the situation he basically just tells me to "get good at driving". trying to maneuver around that little triangle part is already hard enough especially while you are in a police chase and the guys car is fast.
