I honestly became very addicted, but when I was bored I would run around the server and start being a minge/showing minge behavior. If you check my past PO's my second ban was permanent. As addicted as I was, it became permanent because I joined on a separate steam account to ban evade. But as I played this server arbitrarily, I found myself getting banned pretty frequently. But let's start from my second permanent. I genuinely have no idea what happened. To be honest, I really forgot what happened, but I remember to get unbanned I had to compare and contrast someone elses recent ban history to mine to be able to be unbanned because it was such a tossup, probably shouldn't've been unbanned, but it is what it is. My third permanent was a little far-fetched, but I waited a year for a re-verdict (as I was told.) To be honest, I had one little incident when I got unbanned from my second permanent. It was driving my car into a crowd, but that was it for the bad side. The other bans were complete accidents. I forgot what happened but I do remember the VDM ban being someone crossing the crosswalk and me smoking them and them dying. I believe I shouldn't've been banned for those, because I was trying my hardest to be on a clean slate, but it went wrong. But I want to try for a third time. I honestly didn't write a serious appeal with my last perma either, but I genuinely want to be apart of the community again. I was a hard-core drug dealer, I was trying my hardest to make it to the top, but little mistakes after my unban kept me down. I got banned instantaneously after doing the littlest stuff, and I feel like it wasn't fair given the dates off of my ban. After playing for 10-12 hours a day (probably gonna be like 3-4 nowadays because I actually work and don't have cheese under my nuts) something is bound to happen on accident, and because of my PO's I'm given very minimal leniency. With my VDM ban, I was driving like a moron yes, but someone was around the corner at a stop light just after the repair store and I smoked them dead, and because of my very extensive PO's I was put to rest. I honestly want another fair shot at the server, but not so I can minge again, but so I can continue where I left off at. I want to actually play this server because I have put so much time into building my empire, and it all crumbled before me because of stupid mistakes, accidental vdms/rdms on miscommunications. I want to play with no worries of being banned. I believe I also tried to make accounts to get off of this permanent ban, but I forgot the last time I tried to evade. It obviously didn't go well. I want to play this game with a clean slate, and make no mistakes if possible. I hope that I can be considered a decent roleplayer now, because I am going to take it very seriously if given another chance. If not, it's another day, I can move on and try again next year. There is no audio. Yet, I still find it hard to believe you banned me for MRDM, when only one person was killed. The engine legit stalled. If there was audio you could hear that. One person was killed from this, which would only be RDM. I didn’t intentionally slam into reverse, the engine stalled and it slew down very fast, obviously indicating a break. That car had horrible breaking + it went airborne. One person dying is not MRDM. Another claim was wrong aswell, you claimed I never made an attempt to slow down, at the end of the clip, I blatantly slew down, holding shift and w to try to quickly slow down. The player rejected my reimbursement because you had already reimbursed him. It was a blatant accident. And also, you saying there was no clip during the sit, basically means you took the players word over mine. No idea why this is even up for debate. Killing one person is not MRDM. And my final note is, is that I didn’t get banned for MRDM. I got banned for being a low quality person, and it should’ve been for NITRP. Bacon even said in his claim about my ban, i crashed out in the discord and thats why i was perm banned.

Length of ban: 3 days Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I killed one guy, which isnt even MRDM, and it was his word against mine Why should you be unbanned? There was no clip to prove what happened, I explained what happened to the administrator, in which his response was bringing 5-6 people who admitted that I didn't kill them, and the one dude that I killed said that he didn't care, and that I shouldn't receive punishment. Basically what happened was, I was in an exotic car that I stole, and it stalled because I suck at driving, I went to floor it into reverse, and it took off and hit a crowd of people, only one person dying. I told the admin that the vehicle stalled, in which his response was "vehicles don't stall on this server" and then proceeded to take the other word over mine, and then banning me from the server. Note that I only killed one dude and it's MRDM. I was legit playing on this server doing my own thing, and some admin who barely knows the rules bans me because I slipped up, I even offered to reimburse the player. No idea why a ban was even handed out. I just came off of a perm ban, and ive been very careful the last few hours, and been roleplaying how I'm supposed to and doing my own thing. Sad to say that an admin took advantage of his power and decided to ban me for 3 days, over a very minor incident. 1 person dying is not MRDM, and the crowd of people werent even mad. They were actually laughing, even calling the admin a terrible admin and a nigg**. Nobody even cared, and I have no idea why the staff even gave a shit. Everyone knew it was an accident. anyway, i think im ready again for the server, ive been wanting to play for a good while, waited for a good time to write an appeal, and here i am. hopefully we can let bygones be bygones and move on, but just know im hella excited to get back into the server.

I have really wanted to play it since the new map update, I used to grind this game a lot, and had a good 9 month period of not being banned. I turned the bad corner. I want to get back into the game, cause me and a few buddies have been wanting to get back into it, I won't minge this time, and I will actually be a quality roleplayer without MRDMing and VDMing.
