My ban appeal was accepted and made into one month and now it says permanent and i haven't even tried to get into the server since then and i need help from an admin asap

I would also like to ask If you do end up reviewing my case that maybe all I ask is you shorten the ban just anything but a perma ban I love this game

Today was my last day of summer and I just wanted to enjoy the game I didn't wanna get permabanned and I'm newer to Garry's Mod and I didn't really understand the consequences with going on an alt I'm sorry if you guys just give me one more chance it won't happen and I'm sorry I love this game and I wanna play it again. Why should you be unbanned? Because I'm a new player and I love this game a lot and understand the consequences of what I do and I can promise this wont happen again I am truly sorry Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I have none.
