Long Answer
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
I am currently applying for a multitude of reasons. I have always been interested in helping out with tickets since i know some go unanswered including my own tickets at times and i believe id be a big help. I'm in a position in my faction now where I'm unable to do all the "activities" I used to, so I'm looking for something new to invest more of my time on the server into. As stated above in my app i have previous experience on other servers in low and high ranking staff positions so id like to see what being staff is like on diverge as I've only ever been staff on CWRP servers in the past. Other reasons include people telling me i should apply, wanting to see what things are like behind the scenes ect.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *
I believe i should be considered over other candidates because I have prior experience being staff and i am eager to help the server by any means necessary. I am very goal oriented and am willing to work my way up the latter given the opportunity. As stated earlier in this app I was a COS on a SWRP server back in the day which i worked my way up to from the moderator position. I have no issue with re-learning the basics of how to be a good staff member and am eager to help.

No, I'm pretty sure i don't have any notes at all.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *
- I wouldn't say that i'm very well known to be honest. For a large portion of my time on the server, I roleplayed as a character that didn't speak in game and only communicated through chat which held me back from making many connections outside of my faction. Since then I have moved up and made some connections with other factions, however in "this server of ours"™ it's difficult to associate with members outside of your alliances for obvious reasons. I believe that becoming staff will help me meet players within other alliances and help people get to know me.
- I would say my reputation on the server is in a good place as I have climbed the ranks of my faction to a high command position which I would consider requires gaining A decent amount of respect from your peers.
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?:
Honestly it may sound mundane but my favorite memory on Diverge was an event where staff had us mining for ores which we then traded for rare weapons, - it was a very good event tbh.

Problem Solving
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
Firstly I would clip the whole interaction for evidence, I would then report the situation to a staff member as i myself shouldn't be handling my own cases. I would then give the responding staff member all my evidence and let them handle the situation how they see fit. If no other staff members are available to take the ticket i would dm a fellow staff member via discord and tell them to keep an eye out for the player and provide them with the evidence, I would also monitor the RMDer in game on my staff char making sure they aren't RDMing other players on the server.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?:
I would immediately begin collecting evidence on the staff member and report the abuse of power with all the info I've obtained to a higher ranking staff member.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:
I would wait to see if another staff member is available to take the ticket, If no one became available i would ask in staff chat for someone else to take the ticket to avoid any possible bias on my part.
