-1 This screams "I don't want to pay for donator so I'll get staff for the benefits". Couple things: - You "joined a few days ago" yet you're talking about coming across "bad staff in the past" and want to assist with that? Make it make sense? Your past is all of "a few days"; how many bad staff can you come across in that small time frame? - Along with the point above, yeah, playtime man. I know they've accepted staff before with incredibly low playtime hours, but they've also dived in to several aspects of criminal RP as well as cop RP to have several characters to prove it..... you have 1. -Overall needs a lot more work on the app. Maybe a little color or formatting so it doesn't look like 1 massive paragraph when you sit back and look at it.
  2. Yeah and especially if it's web-based, it'll have minimal impact on server performance
  3. Hello, I banned you. I was tabbing in and out of doing stuff on my other monitor, but every time I tabbed in over the span of 20 minutes you were: -dropping hifis, claiming them, freezing them, and playing the most troll / annoying songs inside / right outside the blue lobster (banned in the recent past for spamming cassette players with music in little italy). -abusing the 3 warning system we make criminals go through before shooting someone by waiting until they get to the point of shooting you, and running out, only to return seconds later to rule-play the warnings, making them restart. After a couple of these, cops started showing up, and since they weren't doing anything about you at the employees request, you saw that as an opportunity to continue to do it. This entire situation can be summed up with the RDM bait rule, and NITRP, which you recently came off a 2 week ban, making mine be called "nice". - I didn't clip anything for the fact I was hopping between my crim and staff character, It's frowned upon to publicly post staff character clips, making me not feel the need to record. Your ban history with a recent unban included as well as your actions in game screamed NITRP and warranted the ban in my eyes. -after some of the RDM baiting I mentioned it in game and switched to my staff character, you immediately darted out of the restaurant presumably knowing what was going to happen, and then when nothing happened, I let it go, to find you in the restraunt again not even a minute later.
  4. brought me here, to a locker in room G, in his own company's hotel (The Continental). He tried lockpicking the locker inside. (Not replying to this thread anymore, the fact he lied in his reply is why I felt the need to post this.)
  5. Hello, I was the one who took the PK ticket. You had Dons Orders placed on you for: "Bringing heat to the family's businesses by brandishing an illegal firearm in public as well as other crimes in public". After discussing the reason with them I was also informed that you were caught lockpicking your own property's doors, being the hotel your company owns. These led to one of the Don's trusted command to place orders on you to prevent further damage. When you join a crime family, read the prompt that comes up on your screen, you can be wacked without warning for breaking any family rules or making the family look bad, as well as other reasons.
  6. Hi, I PK'd all 3 of you. The commands given were valid, and whether or not you can put your hands up due to a 60% keyboard, you showed no regard for the mug, and even broke RP when one of the guys died due to a collision glitch. If I was in your shoes, I wouldn't of made a joke of the situation I'd be telling the mugger "I don't have F keys". Also, if you're playing on the server with a 60% keyboard, clearly you worked out how to open up your F1 inventory, F3 people, etc. Surely you can make one for putting your hands up so this doesn't happen again. With a senior admin, we brought the muggers to a roof and gave them the choice; both of the people getting mugged get PK'd as well as the guy who died due to a glitch while initiating a mugging, or nobody gets PK'd. Obviously you can deduce by now, they chose to keep everyone PK'd. This is a rare offer as we can see that yes, the glitch death broke rp a bit, but in my eyes, it didn't need to break rp, you guys did that voluntarily, making me think you didn't care about the fact that you're in a PKable situation, making me believe this was pk worthy. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/jtJMsW5hJbDBCGEsg/Eu6ZVdV0jdIM?invite=cr-MSxnd1osMTk3MTkzNTEwLA
  7. Holy shit if you scroll down in the collection I linked there's all sorts of shit. Claw machines, skiball, foosball, air hockey, a vending machine, a machine that converts currency, and even a neon arcade sign for the property. This shit is packed with potential.
  8. I know we're way closer to the 90s than we are the 80s, but video arcades were still fairly predominant up until consoles really took off in the early 2000s. We could add to the 80s theme by adding a video arcade whether it'd be public or a private racket / business. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1528767279 https://www.gmodstore.com/market/view/arcade-machines-2-realistic-arcade-gaming Most of this stuff is public, will obviously need a lot of development to make it work with all the current systems, but if it's a private business license you can apply for, maybe there can be an unused building made for this kind of thing like an arcade. Either: A) It's public, and people can play and the way it'd work is after so much score, like let's say their final score is around 1000, this would give them a "100 ticket" item (could use the casino number plates if you wanted to, or create a custom ticket model, either or really) in their inventory. 10,000 score, "1000 tickets" etc, etc. They would then go to the vendor / npc in the building and sell them for real money like oil companies do with their barrels of oil. B) If it's a private business, it'd be the same thing but the family / business would be the only ones with access to the NPC and can sell tickets and give the person a large cut of however many tickets they gave them. (up to the business and / or the law however they want to make it work). In the end, this could be very legit. People can do their VR chat RP in the arcade, shoot the shit while playing Galaga or some other game, while others who are more serious and want to continue conducting their illegal business and running their shipments don't have to hear "skibidi rizz" and "gmod" / other ooc terms every corner they take. This could isolate a lot of those people to the video arcade if done well and free up a lot of OOC traffic on the streets, while providing another potential legal way for businesses to make money. (I don't know if this is the correct addon I've linked above, but this is what I would guess the games would look like as the addon as well as this video was uploaded a long time ago).
  9. I took this PK sit. The woman who killed you had Dons Orders on her and you stabbed her over a hifi, giving her a reason to kill you. I wouldn't say this is a fail pk, I'd say this was a fail with your management not informing you of the situation as once someone is set active, the entire family is also active. Communication is key this is why when other families do PKs like their entire command structure and made guys disappear into hiding because they cant risk anything. TLDR: Wrong place, wrong time. Be careful who you escalate combat with, especially over a hifi
  10. Had an RDM situation happen lately with the DA, the premise was the same: "we're friends we were joking around". If you think there's a chance a ticket could be made about it, don't do it. Staff have other characters to RP and play the server on as well. Every ticket that comes up we see it through whether the VDM was mutual or not.
  11. Hello, You were PKd Dons Order'd for the reason: "For making the family look bad upon several instances in the past 6 months and calling 911 against known allies". After checking their IC family rules via their discord, one of the rules specifically states: "Never bring unnecessary heat to the Family. For example Police, other family's, etc." I've asked and was told you called 911 on known allies to your family, that was the "nail in the coffin" as it was put to me. Remember when signing up for a life of crime, you need to agree to the rules put towards you when getting recruited, as these can get you walked into a room.
  12. You didn't post a proper steam id, but I was the one who banned you. I had reports of you and several other people hanging out around park speaking entirely OOCly (I call it VRchatRP but that's irrelevant). Once I tp'd over, not only was it that, but you were in a blue car doing donuts in the street, and then 2 minutes later were purposely trying to hit the crowd of people, hitting one at a time after several attempts. I gave you a note for this and informed you to stop as well as to stop breaking NLR because every time someone shot and killed you for it, you'd run right back or take your car back, breaking NLR. (I have a clip of the entire thing but it was on my staff character, disallowing me to post it on this public post. If any Seasoned+ staff wish to see it, they can obv dm me and request it.) I don't know, 15-25 minutes later I get around 4 tickets of MVDM at Little Italy, and then I'm sent a clip of one person (who yes, was banned before you for the same thing) ramming into a crowd of people at the Little Italy ATM, and then soon after you come flying up the road and plow into his car. You've been in the city long enough to know that the ATM in little italy is a hotspot for crowds of people, there is no doubt in my mind that you didn't "accidentally put your foot the floor and planned on simply crashing into a wall not knowing people would be there". This is just one of those common sense things, if someone was genuinely interested in playing on the server and avoiding trouble, you had 0 signs of showing that whatsoever. Fully against an unban as I feel like personally this ban was too short in length as it is given your style of gameplay. https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/joFecNHxPtktdIL8J/UrBlAxuQFpJP?invite=cr-MSw3TDksMTMwMTAxMTI1LA

The sit I took was for someone that infact, did not do any damage to you. Yes, the person at the meat shop pistol whipped you, that gives you reason to kill him. Not to attempt to mow down the entire group. You're not John Wick, we have ROE rules for specific people and specific circumstances to avoid this kind of gameplay. You were antagonizing them consistently looking for any reason to open fire on them which tells me you have no value for your character's life at all, and were clearly looking for trouble. You had the right to kill the person who pistol whipped you, or not, you know walking away and not getting yourself into this mess would've been a solution, but modern gamers ya know..... https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/jnX9ro911V0l_nr9s/CXmrdzPzKQ4f?invite=cr-MSxJcjAsMjE3NjcwNjI4LA You also have prior RDM notes including one or two that involve "RDM - lieing to staff" which tells me this isn't the first time you've gone out looking to push the envelope, and then try to get out of it with BS. If you don't want to get into these situations, don't escalate them, if a crowd of people are telling you to get out of their sight and stop shit talking them, the best option is to leave the area, not look for any reason to open fire on them in the middle of the street not caring about repercussions at all.
  14. +1. He's retarded, but I've seen astronomically worse offenders get redemption. He's just a builder that got bored. He knows what not to do next time, and hopefully there aren't any more next times.
  15. There was no metagame, all involved parties' stories lined up. Your neighbor was firing off rounds, someone made a 911 call right outside your room, an officer was nearby and said he heard the shots as well, called for backup. That's probable cause for ghetto doors to start getting kicked in, especially the ones near the 911 call, this is the last thing I say on this matter as I feel like I'm a broken record at this point.
