I'd like to branch off the Default English language with a Roadman addition as a learnable language in the server. I got this idea from the recent addition of Sicilian, basically branching off the italian language. TLDR: I've included a video that should be a good lesson to Roadman 101. To keep it short and simple, if you hear a lengthy conversation with 2 roadmen talking to each other you really wouldn't have a clue what they are saying even if you speak English, making it worthy to consider as a language for I don't know, Diamond, and maybe the Irish as a secondary language if they wanted to. Hello, I was the one who removed your flags as well as the others. We received a few tickets regarding "several hijab guys running around prop minging". I then TP'd to where you spawned it in, and it was in the middle of the road by the LSD dealer / city hall. This put me in a position to make a choice: (1) Make a judgement call and take both their flags away to stop people from having their time on the server ruined and piss off 1 person, or (2) give the 1 person the benefit of the doubt and risk even more tickets coming in, making me look like I'm allowing people to do this and set a bad precedent. You know only super admins + can re-enable pet flags for someone who was blacklisted, making a sit to discuss it would be completely pointless and a waste of both our times as there were tickets covering my whole screen that needed to be addressed and time was of the essence to get them done. For whether or not you should get them back, that's much higher than my pay grade, and they'll decide that, but in the end I genuinely believe all of you had some hand in prop abusing as 3 people wearing the same outfits spawning the same prop of all props in different areas of the map didn't add up to something harmless, especially with prop abuse clips as bad as those. I banned you, I've updated your ban to say " RDM POx1". I hit 2 on accident. But yes I was sent a clip of you firing shots at someone missing all of them, and then you killed them. You need to give 3 warnings verbally to someone to leave an area, not just point a gun and start shooting at them, that would be seen as ARDM. Then calling them warning shots, going after the person who has left your property and was continuing to leave, and then killing them is RDM. For the most part yes, but some families require you to have your bones before being made, so if an associate is gonna get wacked, the don will have a promising associate who needs his bones to do it so he can have that requirement for their button. Lowkey in a mob setting if a lowly associate meets the Don, realistically it isn't long-term, it's probably for a mission and then they'll never see the Don again as they don't associate themselves with the lower ranks, hence the f3 purge. But if you do like 3 missions for the don, then yeah, the associate would probably recognize him in a crowd of people after 3 encounters. Just an idea though, I don't expect this to pass with flying colors.

This is kinda one of those ideas you come up with being stoned, so bear with me. I'll keep it short and simple: - Add time limits to being recognizable by someone. IE: When I F3 someone, after 5 minutes my F3 becomes "Unknown" again to them - Add a check though so if it's the same character ID F3ing the other same character ID; once you f3 the same person 3 times it'll be permanent. This solidifies close relationships within the families, while dons can give dons orders to lower guys now without fear of them using their name in the future against them since they'll forget what they look like later, and it puts a slight curve against ID fishing with the police, and if you get id fished 3 times then in RP you'd be considered a frequent flyer with the police and they'll know you.

You've had several notes for RDM on your account with the last one being roughly 3 weeks ago for "RDM - ban next time". If they're breaking rules make a ticket in game with @. Someone needs to be an active threat to you to warrant shooting at them, in the future I recommend warning them to leave you alone three times before shooting them. I'm personally fine if this ban is reduced or removed due to the 2 guys in the clip actually being minges, I pk'd and banned both of them a little bit later anyway, but one of them reported the OP for RDM and technically in this case, that was RDM.

Whether you think it's fair or not, if you feel the police are not following their department policy or the law you can make an IA report within the police station. You have EXTENSIVE POs including a 30 day ban for the exact same ban reason I gave you, except my ban was 7 days.
