i also must ask if anybody has time stamps from when the interaction happened, and when the pk was issued.

ive taken a look at the clip, and that very mutch was my character. altho i was not in home recently, someone in my family using my pc isnt a valid excuse. so i wont try to argue on that. but ive taken a good look at the pk clip. i dont know what led up to that, but what i can see is he shot his gun before there was a reaction from my character. i am feeling like 100 differant emotions rn but without letting it cloud my judgement, i very mutch think this was a bad call to pk my character for it.

i appreciate the lowering of the ban, but i must mention this. i wasnt aware of any warning. im sure you did pm me but idk where i would see that, also i thought the cop was dragging me out of the chair. it was honestly just me not fully understanding the situation. if i knew an admin was involved, i would have treated it seriously and maybe realize i was doing something wrong. altho the ban was reduced, i still feel like i dont deserve any sort of ban. i do apologize for being oblivious to what was happening tho. i have a pretty clean record and i dont intentionally do this stuff.

I took a long leave from the diverge servers but when i returned i had seen i was banned from previous family discord servers and the main discord server. I belive this is a mistake since i have never had trouble with the servers before. ide love to get back and roleplay some more but this is stopping me from having fun and contributing to the server. i would much appreciate help to get me unbanned and back to having fun. my discord user is, belinskisoviet
