(Unless you have posted a valid LOA): Yes Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: I am familiar with some SAM commands but not Nutscript Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: Yes ------------------------------------------------- Long Answer What is your motivation/reason for applying?: This is the only RP server I consistently play and enjoy and I would like to help out by improving it and helping to moderate it so I can keep the game I like a fun environment for everybody. I had a difficult start as I was very mingy when I first joined but it was my first time playing a GMOD RP server and I really didn't know what I was doing. Since then I feel like I have shown for the most part that I am able to handle the responsibility of being a staff member by staying mostly clean and I would like to prevent other new players from making the same mistakes I did. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think my experience as being a low ranking member of almost every faction is beneficial by letting me see the starter experience with every faction and the things that are good about it and the things that could be improved. I've had good and bad experiences with lots of factions and this has helped me not be biased towards one particular faction just because I believe they're better than another. This is also the game I am most active in as I do not have any other authority positions in any other servers and outside of school and school related things I do not have any big commitments so I can dedicate a lot of time to moderation. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): No Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes I have been banned a few times mainly for RDM or some form of it because when I first joined the server I was a minge and I hadn't read the rules so I didn't know you couldn't just drive into people unprovoked. My last ban was 9 months ago and since then I believe I have been mostly out of trouble. I'm not gonna say its been perfect I'm sure I have a few notes for something but to my knowledge I haven't done anything too bad in the last 9 months and if I have please feel free to let me know in the comments. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I'd say I'm relatively unknown to most people but I think the people that know me would say I haven't been disrespectful to anybody and that I'm a pretty reasonable person. I have lots of experience with a lot of different factions and people and in all that time I have not been blacklisted from any faction or caused any serious problems for that faction. I would also like to think I'm known for being helpful as I have always volunteered to help out wherever I can for things like training new hires or helping out management in my faction. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: OOC would be when everybody thought I was a Nazi because I had non binary Hitler as my discord pfp and it was hilarious explaining to everybody that I'm not a Nazi. If so, list their names: No ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip it and make a ticket for another staff member to come and deal with the situation as me taking the ticket would just be biased. If I was the only staff member online then I would switch to a staff char and deal with it as unbiasedly as possible. I would explain the rules to them and check if they are new but if they have a long list of POs and aren't here to actually do anything then I would deal with it accordingly. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather as much evidence as I can and clips of them abusing and then make a report to UA and let them handle it however they need to. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would ask another staff member to take the ticket as I feel I could be biased if I take the ticket. If I'm the only staff member on then I would look at the evidence and respond to the situation as professionally and unbiased as I can. ---------------------------------------------------------

I saw this group walking from pd towards the hospital and then into Chinatown and they were talking about the package. I just followed them and said some goofy shit like lets go drop this package off then said some more random shit and walked off. It didn't even cause anybody any problems and I just felt like acting retarded. Why should you be unbanned? I was also banned for ARDM but I'm okay with taking that ban (because it was deserved) and just waiting the 3 days of this one. At the time I received it I had no respect for the rules which lead to me running people over and shooting them for no reason just to piss people off. I thought I was some cool edgy guy but really it accomplished nothing and got me banned in a community that I had an actual interest in joining and playing. Why should you be unbanned? Since my last ban appeal I have had time to mentally mature and play other RP experiences and learn from them. I was just looking through the forums and the discord server and then I went into the general chat and simply asked a question and then a few minutes later I saw that I was banned from the server. I went on to an alt account just to ask why and was banned on that as well. I have been a quiet member of the discord for a long time now and the only time I was ever an asshole to anybody was a few months back in July but I wasn't banned then so I don't know why I just got banned now when all I did was ask a question. But why oh why my sweet Youbear would you accuse me of making up a story when I admitted to my wrongdoings. I believe the clip shows me hitting people with my car so I don't know how it goes against what I said. I am apologetic but also my drifts were sick as fuck bro so let me flex a little too. I don't regret my drifts and car stunts but I do regret hitting people on purpose and getting banned. I caused people to lose important items such as weapons when they had done nothing wrong and that is where I truly regret my actions. Why should you be unbanned? Because I enjoyed playing on the server and I understand why I was banned and why it was deserved but if I get unbanned I will not hit people with my car on purpose anymore.
