The note is from 3 months ago, I don't know why you're still bringing that shit up. Like I said, I wasn't planning to mug, but it happened. I can't just run away and say, 'I have to go because DutchCat said I can't mug on a new character or he'll take my stuff.' There were two other people with me what was I supposed to do? I didn't even know they were trying to mug him, so I really don't know what to tell you. My friend gave me the gun what was I supposed to do with it, throw it away? And you know what's crazy? You spectated me for at least an hour just to find something I did wrong. I'm pretty sure it's because my ban appeal got approved, and now you're trying to mess me up. Any other staff member who saw what happened wouldn’t have cared. But you're using your own old notes from 3 months ago against me, digging through my logs, even PM'ing me after the mug like you were waiting for something. How could you have possibly seen me mugging or whatever, when you were spectating me for a PK that happend on my other character that means you kept spectating me to find a reason to ban/fuck me.

The player who reported me was actually VDMing me, my friend, and even other people nearby, including a police officer. We were all insulting him because he kept trying to run people over. At one point, my friend blocked his car with another vehicle so he couldn’t escape, and I started hitting him because he had already tried to kill us with his car. Later, he got out, went to his ATM, came back with a gun, and tried to shoot us but he had no ammo. Only after that did my friend shoot him, so we already had a valid reason to kill him even before I started punching. I don’t understand why this is considered RDM baiting. We had valid RP reasons for our actions, especially considering he attempted VDM multiple times. As for LTAP, I had to leave and didn’t even know he was going to make a ticket. I didn’t think I had done anything wrong, so I had no idea I was expected to stay online. I believe the person who reported me only showed the part where I was hitting him and conveniently left out the part where he was VDMing us, which made it look like I was in the wrong. Why should you be unbanned? Tbh i was just fucking around with my friend and did /me pulls down pants and got banned by a admin for erp And it was a 2 day ban if i remember correctly but i joined with another steam account and got permed for evading a admin on old forums or discord ticket i dont remember said make appeal in one month and you will get a second chance but made the appeal six months later.
