What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * iv been in this community for a long time i haven't been the most active in the past but i plan on being around for a long time i love the community and i enjoy rping here iv made good friends here and i have also brought a lot of my friends here as well who still are around i wanna apply and make a step to be involved in the community more and help out anyway i can i already bring rp now i wanna bring helping the community with issues that staff help with Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * i have been around for a long time iv put the work in and can gladly say iv had the same char since i started here i love working with other and helping others i like to spend a lot of my time irl doing that I'm kind and easy to get along with i learn fast and am good under stress i try to keep everything in game and in life running smoothly to the best of my ability's Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): no i don't have any experience in staffing besides on discord on the community's i run and when i ran my own dark rp server years and years ago Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:i have not Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * i would say i am somewhat known ik a lot of people don't know me but the people who do id say they would say I'm a good guy who can bring a lot to the table What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: when i first got into a faction used to be known as sanz and going thru the journey of seeing them change and expand become better and sticking thru it all with this faction from the good and the bad or the time a few days ago where we had a small dance party in the garrison that was a lot of fun its hard for me to pick one iv made a lot of memories on here from my char and someone i met becoming brothers in game to the time i had a wedding for my char there's a lot and i loved it all Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: n/a ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: i am off duty the ticket was made i would go on duty take the ticket and talk to the person that reported it asking for a clip after reviewing the clip and the log and the place and what he was killed by check the note or if the offender has and prior time of rdm and take the appropriate action if no prior notes/ times of rdm id warn the user and move on if it becomes a continued issue more measure would take place such as kicks and or bans You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: staff abuse is just as it is id report and clip it to someone higher on the chain as it should and shall not be tolerated A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: i would try and see if there is another staff member able to take it as i am in/ apart of it if there isnt i would take it a report is a report there should be no bias as ther eis the facts of what happened if there is evidence that shows rdm/minging the warn/kick/bans will take place based of if its a reacuring issue or not regardless if its someone i know or not

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * to help make the server a better place iv been on and off for the past two years and i love being on the server i enjoy it wanna become more imvolved in the community and make it a fun better place to rp and help out tye community with there problems Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * i have past expirience in staff roles i owned servers before and helped staff multiple before i love helping and this community has done alot for me i wanna return the favor by serveing the community Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): head mod for 2 years admin for 3years owner for 4 years i ran my own dark rp server for 4 years i was head mod on a old srp 1942 rp for 2 years and i was admin on an old black measa rp for 3 years Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: N/A Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * i think other member that do know me like me and would say i can bring alot to the table rp wise iv been in the same faction for the two years iv been in the server and love everyone in it they have had my back and ill have theres What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: the wedding i had with a ex of mine my faction set up a whole wedding and it wad a great time for a event we had a blast and it was really enjoyable Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: i Would Switch to On Duty and Confront the Rule Breaker And warn or ban depending on situation and if they have a history of doing so You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: report to an admin or higher to deal woth the situation A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging.
