  1. I am unsure what you mean by first 3 seconds? In regards to remorse, it was minimal at best. You did not take the situation seriously at all and simply showed no real care. I told you to read the rules in which you said you would, so when your ban is over I expect to simply not have to deal with you again. Actions will speak louder than words.
  2. I stated my original ban for you would’ve been 6 hours. However you failed to understand why you was in the wrong and that was evident within the sit that took place. You continued to explain how you “had to do it” and you showed little to no remorse for your actions, you simply did not care, nor did you really take the situation seriously. It is clear you do not understand the rules surrounding RDM as you have previously had an incident regarding it. If you claim the other one was self defence and justified then why was you warned and noted by the previous staff member? Anyhow, I feel my actions in extending the time for your ban is justified and perhaps can give you even more time to read over the rules, in which you must do so to avoid further punishment/situations similar in the future.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I have done it twice before, and loved every minute. Now I have time I would love to get back into it as I really enjoyed it before. I feel that with my experience on the server also, it could help the new playerbase that is coming in. I feel my addition to the team would be beneficial and I could contribute greatly to the server. I would also love to help where possible, as I value this server very highly. I feel as long as this server has competent and dedicated staff, the playerbase will remain strong and thats something that I would like to keep, as a loyal member of the community myself. I want to also ensure that people get justice when playing the game and server they love, I feel if we make sure we cover all departments (timezones) then every play in the community can be accounted for, and will make their experience much better on the server. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I have a lot of time on my hands, I will be able to play in European timezones but also in US timezones also. I can dedicate a lot of my time towards this, which is the reason I am applying. I have also been staff twice before and know what to do, so having experience is useful for the position. I also feel I have a great understanding and grasp on the community and can work very well with it. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Been staff on diverge twice, idk exactly how long it was but it has probs added up to like 8 months I wanna say? (Don't fact check me lol its been a while). Reasons for them ending was as I have said, dealing with time management etc. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Probably, few years ago for Ltap I believe and one for rdm? Since then I have been staff, re-read the rules and understood what I can and can't do. I also believe maturing is a real game changer when it comes to the internet, thus making my decision making much more improved. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I would say I am well known, as the local sheep shagger but let's just say what I am known as is nothing negative. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Captain of Patrol was pretty cool, FBI was also very cool, Leading a faction has been cool but the best has to be the cartel war. The RP following the war was some of the best I have seen in the server. Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would inform staff by making a ticket or reaching out in staff chat and explain the situation to them. If I am involved in the situation then I can not handle it, as it could hold a bias standpoint. Therefor I would inform staff. If staff are not online, I would reach out to members and try get someone to deal with the situation. This would be the most professional way to deal with the situation. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report it to a higher staff member. Gathering evidence like screenshots and clips would help show what this corrupt staff member has been doing, therefor painting a more clear picture for the person dealing with it, which would make their life easier. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Every ticket, every report and situation should proceed and continue to proceed without bias. The ticket should be handled as normal, asking for clips if need. Following an investigation, an unbias punishment should be made for the person in question, regardless of whether they are your "friend" or not. Friends do not get a free pass in a situation and should be treated the same as any other member within the community.
  6. Agreed, feel that some more variety in mob money making is needed. Cops have all the variety and rp they need yet criminals have minimum ways of making money.
