While you may have known "Jose" and his associates, the fact of the matter is you didn't have the guys F3 and I would've given you a verbal warning, but seeing how you had 2 notes for RDM and a Previous ban. I felt you needed a day to re-evaluate the rules. I accept your apology. Just go over the rules and abide by them going forward.

i was there when the situation happened, i really do feel like him killing the guy was an accident. he was punching the air and accidentally punched him once and killed him by accident. WBG here has no prior offenses and is 9 times out of 10 a good example of what a player on Diverge should be. ultimately, it won't be up to me to decide, but that's my perspective.

after watching the clip in question, the crosshair did not appear to be on the guys head at all. definitely looks like cheats.

Hello, banning moderator here. You were killed and then came back to the previous place where you died at, which is "NLR", you then proceeded to revenge kill after you died which is also NOT ALLOWED. You have been banned 4 previous times on the server. While it may not of been your intention to kill 5 people, you still did. Read over the rules and let this be a lesson. As I have stated, anyone who truly knows me knows I care too much about the server to do something as dumb as that when I was on staff. Hence the reason why my app has a lot of +1s on it.

Nobody reads my replies I guess, everything I have been saying has been crystal clear and I'm working to get proof that my computer was worked on. I had an artifacting GPU and had to get a whole new GPU put into my computer, during that time the tech was on the server doing stupid shit. I really don't know what else to say.

I still don't expect people to believe me but look at it this way, why would I be on staff perfectly fine for like 4 months (Taking Tickets, Etc.) and then all of the sudden do some idiotic shit to get kicked off? That just doesn't make sense. Because the god honest truth is that it was not me who did those things. The computer tech was doing shit he wasn't supposed to do, I only told him to hop on Gmod to test the performance and I DID tell him the server name. So he hopped on and for whatever reason got on my staff char and was doing things he wasn't supposed to. I've apologized for that happening. I cared alot about my staff position up until that point and it was taken away from me because the tech wanted to be an idiot.

The computer tech didnt have much experience in Gmod and he asked what server I played on, I then told him Diverge, I didn't expect him to hop on my staff char and start doing stuff like that. I apologized and I was completely truthful. He obviously didn't know what he was doing.

My PC was getting fixed, people who know me know I wouldnt do that, I care about the server too much to do that. It was the 100% honest truth.
