fyi gloves dont prevent dna found on casings

put on gloves, take gun, unload gun, wipe down gun, wipe down bullets, put wiped bullets in gun, shoot person. No prints on the casing.

6 High damage shots from a single action gun, which cant be shot rapidly. Walk past a guy, bang bang, shots that can be heard from a block away and then you got cops swarming you. You cant put supressors on revolvers which is another disadvantage. This is one of the things that should be added so that revolvers are actually used.

I dont know much about the addition of state law enforcement nor "RICO" but these sound like full on additions which just buffs PD even more. What I am suggesting is just a fix for revolvers bc its literally one of the biggest advantages for a revolver - not dropping casings unless reloaded

You are making up the most bitchy, whiny excuses ever. Just pick up the casings or use gloves. If you genuinely cannot be asked to do a PK with some measure of care, then don't do a PK. I've done quite a few in my time, and by far the easiest method is just a single bullet to the head. Most PKs are done on people who aren't able to fight back and are lured in by trusted people. You just walk them into a room and shoot them and clean it up. It isn't difficult.

Cops do not "swarm you" if they hear revolver shots. There is no point for this addition, you can shoot someone and kick the bullet casing away or pick it up and throw it somewhere. Not hard.

forensics provided a huge advantage for police over pks - besides from the body, and casings but fingerprints on doors too?

This revolver change would balance forensic advantage and using a revolver isnt easy bc you only get 6 shots and then you must reload. Imagine if you miss all of those.

Reloading will obviously drop the casings. on a side note, fingerprints are found on casings too which directly links a person to the crime and when picking up these casings, you waste time trying to leave the scene while pk active.

using a revolver is incredibly easy, you get 6 high damage shots. If you have multiple people, or if you plan it out, or yknow, do anything requiring effort, this would make forensics basically impossible. Walk past a guy on the street, bang bang, no casings no nothing just a dead guy. That sucks.

As canadian said, no need to mirror reality 1:1, this is a videogame. If we wanted to mirror reality like this, I'd ask canadian that the state get state law enforcement back and that RICO make a return in full. PKs are fine, you have to actually be cautious and plan rather than just blowing people apart.

I feel like this player has too much time, money, and effort invested into the server to be treated like that white t shirt months ago that headshotted 20 people in 5 seconds with cheats.

Regardless of the rest of your comment, I want to say that all the investment of time, money, and effort means absolutely nothing when it comes to the probability of cheats. I have no idea if you were a player in the commission v cartel giga war that saw the entire cartel get removed, but both sides had MASSIVE use of cheats. By tons of people, constantly, both by people who have invested lots into the server and in conjunction with people who have invested lots into the server. In terms of looking into it more, it really doesn't change anything, there is nothing to look into. Staff saw suspicious behavior and acted.

No mouse pad. I did have one of those nice ones that go over the whole desk but I hooked my PC up to my TV and I don't have a smaller one rn.

i dont use a mouse pad either and I do NOT use sensitivity like that

anyways, le exdee, youve been slammed. Not surprised.

Points to you HAVING an aimbot
    1. The whole "bro aimbots always lock onto heads" argument has been irrelevant for years upon years, you can set an aimbot to hit anywhere on the player, a lot of cheaters in fact set their aimbot to hit limbs/center mass to avoid being instantly clocked for hitting nothing but 3 point headshots.

    2. Human aim, even on SUPER high sens, has micro-corrections. Over and under-corrections can be shown frame by frame in human aim showing that it is in fact a human aiming, rather than aimlock.

    3. There was literally no reason for your aim to be like that, you say you had a hand spasm, I have had muscle spasms and crazy shit while playing FPS games, I have not once had an immediate flick that ended precisely on someone and had no micro-movements. Ever. I have never even seen that.

    4. It looks a lot like your typical toggling situation, where you pressed your aimlock as the guy was walking away and bang.

Points to you NOT having an aimbot

    1. The mouse movement is significantly less instant than your typical aim lock, though some bots, admittedly, are like that. They are rare to see, though.

    2. Realistically, your typical aimbot would PROBABLY lock onto the closest individual to your crosshair. The black dude is not that, as he would be behind a wall in this moment, which makes it so that any aimbot would avoid locking on to him. So, that begs the question, why did it not lock onto the american flag suit dude?

    3. Someone with aim as fucking awful as yours would TYPICALLY have an aimbot on at all times. This doesn't look like that. This looks like a toggle, and a shit tier one at that.

    4. Looking through your old clips, I see other instances of weird ass mouse behavior, but not in situations where it would be an aimbot, such as in one clip you going from looking at a dude next to you to instantly staring at the floor for no reason.

Isn't there a rule on someone not being able to be paid to kill someone because I feel that what was done in that instance, He gathered up a bunch of people and rdmed us that's not a situation that should be even counted in the roleplay, we stopped chasing them and just waited for them to come to us,  we were inside our place of work.

rule is that you can absolutely do hits so long as there is a valid reason that you are doing it. I think them trying to kill you is a valid reason. Seems like you got outplayed.

  8. +1. Punishing players for resolving a simple issue with a rational response both in and out of RP is not an intelligent move, and encourages this type of behavior. This type of behavior, of course, being that you may harass and discourage RP as much as possible, but so long as you are not reported, or you toe that line, you can get others in trouble by simply playing the babe in the woods card and feigning innocence. That isn't fair to the people who actually contribute to and play the server.

This is, at the absolute most, warranting only a warning that there was potentially alternative action. However, any active player of the server can attest that people get shot much more often for much less. Guns are often pulled for absolutely no reason, so a 30-minute-long harassment and minging campaign culminating in someone being shot is absolutely reasonable. Staff now often advocate for ruleplay over roleplay, in my opinion, and strict adherence to what is written rather than an application of reason. This makes me incredibly sad to see. Just the other day, I was speaking with the fine folks in the top levels of the NOI about how RP could be implemented between the NOI and government, and they expressed interest in real systems and real interactions to share that possibility with the server at large. Banning them for this is silly and ignorant.

I understand what you're saying, but this update seems tedious like the TEC-9 needs Hollow Point, Laser, Automatic, and PBS-Supressor; that's 4 attachments alone from what you've said, and you need a workbench to add them. In theory, this is cool, but it just seems so annoying, like admins literally can't even compensate for a second gun, so as stated, if you get RDM'ed, your screwed gotta go to the faction that sells the attachments gotta wait for them to order each one individually, gotta pay them, gotta get them to attach it to your gun, then gotta give it to you, then you gotta check if the attachments applied, then you go kill someone or just roam. Like attachments are important in general, not just PKs.

or, perhaps, with less attachments being available for a perfect meta build on every gun all the time, attachments will be used less by everyone and you wont "need" HP rounds, a laser, a switch, and a suppressor on your gun at all times to be pvp competitive.

I am all for making the server less PvP focused and making PvP more realistic. Make guns less constantly kitted out and super powerful and used 24/7. I like it more when people do things like use bats for defending a store and break out the guns when shit gets really tough, which could mean breaking out a kitted out gun from a locker or an ATM, or maybe equipping a less advanced gun from your inventory, etc.

As for rule breaking, you can't account for everything when it comes to people straight up breaking the rules. You could argue against anything if you argue about people breaking the rules. People will just have to get banned, and you get comped for as much as possible.

I would like to demonstrate an example of how this will heighten rp within the server

You get a call from your higher ups… they need you on a job…

“We need to see you… Now!”

The Don contacts you. He presents a photo; name of the target on the rear. You’re rusty, though you’ve proved yourself many times. You pick out the trustworthy AKM- it’s never let you down before.

You’re running down the alley, miraculously flinging yourself up the ladder, positioning yourself on the rooftop. You scan the photo, quickly; matching it to the target. You equip the AKM, knowing exactly which attachments are required for an accurate shot. You press C…

“WHAT THE FUCK… WHERES THE ATTACHMENTS?!”

You know what must be done…

You lunge off the roof towards the target- barely surviving the fall. Eyes locked, you’re across the street from the target, you pull out your firearm and start crossing the street…

A fucking black Citroen hits you at 10HP and you die lol. Monaclu drags you to a sit and pks  you- laughing directly at your face; posting the clip of your pk in staff chat and they all laugh at you.

Moral of the story-  attachments for certain weapons completely changes the firearm, and having them separate could add a new level of “Being prepared for the job”- among tons of others ways of adding RP.

yea, the AKM can be changed into about 40 different guns on the fly, making people actually PREPARE for things could be cool. It also allows for it to not be entirely optimal to be walking around with your gun kitted out with attachments, because you may die and lose some expensive shit. Imagine having to actually put on attachments, with some being put on and taken off at will (like a sight) and others being unchangeable (like an automatic switch, or a sawed off barrel)

  13. -1, asked for government support and was denied (at least by me), as it would be absolutely retarded. Currently, as far as I have seen, its just people who launch prop "space ships" and walk around in gaudy space suits. They just minge and yell about space and NASA, this would bring 0 benefit to the server.

  15. Aren't you the guy who was accused of grooming a 17 year old as a 22 year old (she leaked all your iMessage texts where you were beyond cringe, lol, discord kitten shit), left everything when you were supposedly innocent, then you come back months later, and you are STILL in her DMs after she tried to label you as a pedophile??? Reverse stockholm syndrome shit like I've never seen, holy. Get a fucking hobby, bro.
