What server rule or PK rule was violated?: It was late at night, and after returning from being AFK, I found several individuals around me and had my vehicle stolen. That is simply background context. After returning again, I noticed I was being followed. To keep this concise, I believe there are two clear reasons why this incident qualifies as a false PK. First, the attempted mugging violated server rules regarding location. The rules clearly state: “You may not mug in a public place. You may, however, pull a weapon on someone and bring them to a secluded area to rob them. This can only be done when no one else is around.” In this situation, the individuals attempted to mug me in the street, which is a public area. We were also not in a red zone. At no point was I moved to a secluded location before demands were made. This alone makes the mugging invalid under the rules. Second, there was no clear or valid mugging initiation. According to the mugging rules, initiation includes actions such as holding someone at gunpoint with the intent to rob them, demanding cash or items, or making it clear through actions or statements that a mugging is occurring. In the video evidence, the only demand made was for me to get out of the vehicle. No demand for cash, items, or any indication of a mugging was made. As a result, I was not even certain that a mugging was taking place. Because the mugging was attempted in a public area and lacked proper initiation, it does not meet the requirements outlined in the server rules. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Well first off I never was killed so i'm not sure how I was PKed the admin banned me and I wasn't PKed at that time and now after appealing my ban, I do not have access to the Char. The Ban was for mass scamming but it was appealed and I would like my char back what ever admin did it i'm not to sure if he logged it I asked another admin and he said that there was no log of my PK. I also think I should be unPKed is because I never died on my char and my ban was appealed where another admin thinks the situation was handled wrong regardless. That has to be the worst argument ever we had the same story when you told us we were gonna get notes and he still said it. What is incredibly obvious you didn't properly assess the situation and can not come to terms with that and are in turn affecting myself you have every indication that I was not aware and you still are choosing to stand by your best guess of what happened and refuse to even think about the reality that I really didn't know what was happening. I am more confused on how you can not understand that I never scammed anyone myself and was not a getaway driver in the first situation.

Well I hate just repeating myself and sounding like a broken record and ok I understand how you feel, but you have such tunnel vision on just trying to get 2 easy bans that you can't even be in a position to make a fair ban because contrary to what you believe if you show the admin sit again he said I didn't know I told you I didn't know.
