Personally I didn't initially interpret what they said as a mugging character, rather that they simply do not care if they are PKed essentially. Players should have not broken RP and spoke in OOC terms though. Instead of a PK, they should have been punished appropriately for breaking RP and saying OOC terms ICly. Though I checked logs and I cannot confidently say this character was a mugging character.

Faction leaders have the right to PK anyone in their faction. Just because you were not paying attention does not void any RP that happens with your character. Technically you are always in RP.

A lot of the old medical stuff doesn't exist on here anymore. Like blood bags and stuff. You only need bandages and splints really. It would be even more stale than before. People would rarely call ems to begin with
