He didn't mean too as he stated. It was a out of roleplay reason and he claimed retardation. Why would someone restraint someone in the middle of town hall infront of everyone without a weapon?

I mean that is true, when I got Pk'd it was the same thing basically and I got my PK request accepted. The only thing is why were you so close? Other then that you should get your request accepted if it was a accident because I wouldn't belive anyone is that dumb to fucking restraint someone in the middle of town hall lol
