I understand, I should not have been dishonest on this forum. My record is long with bans for a multitude of things, and I must admit I was wrong in those times. My decisions were within a flawed mindset and my two wishes is for your forgiveness as well as others forgiveness for this action and perhaps a reduction on my ban. I understand my behavior might not exhibit those of someone who wishes to actually Role-Play within this server but I can promise you my intentions are pure and I have no malicious intent regarding this server or its playerbase.

So, I traded the suit to my friend, a Clause's White Suit, for the Blue De Niro and the Crazy's Suit. Around 10-15 minutes later he and I were banned for item transfer. Another comment, when I was told IC to apologize for the OOC situation I simply said I would but I also said that "I think we were both in the wrong" I was not disobeying and I was going to do it.

And yes, the conversations of "disrespect" towards vanessa and her boyfriend were in a discord call and vanessa and him ran to the jew hotel and told chain in the poker room.

Its not that I "decided" to not bring them up, it just doesn't make sense, these were even before my ban and I was warned and paid the taxes I had to endure for these. Ive said this before and I will say it again, it makes no sense that I was disrespectful OOC, I was talked to about it IC, then vanessa told other members of high command then I was pk'ed.

Once again, if these were the reasons for my PK I would have been pk'ed before this. Not right after the OOC situation that happened between me and Numbscul, it literally makes no sense on how these would not have correlated in any sense of the matter.

When have I disrespected made members of our faction? In previous circumstances yes I have had bad blood with some of our allies but I had since apologized, paid my taxes and have paid my dues for those actions. It makes no sense how these things would not correlate, I had came back after one day and was barely talking as much as usual. But coincidentally, I was disrespectful OOC, they told IC and mere minutes later I was pk'ed? Im sure theres no correlation man.

The day went smooth and I made my money with no problems. The next day aka today I was pinged within our discord that we would be paid for the hours we worked, I worked one hour at the deli so accordingly I was supposed to be paid 7,000. I went within a discord call inside our discord because it had one of the people who were suppose to pay me and I was going to inquire into my paycheck, Numbskul then said "Im at the ATM near the casino." So I met him there and a woman was standing next to me and as I said in a discord call aka an entirely OOC outlet of speaking, I said "Whos this bitch next to me." Numbskul then got annoyed as this person was Vanessa, his in real life girlfriend. I can also understand his anger, he then said "You won't be getting paid nor can you work at the Little Israel." And what tops it off is immediately, Vanessa went to tell my higher ups about an OOC conversation which is what I believe to have led up to my Permanent Kill on my Character. I understand my record is horrible but I do have a genuine fun time while playing this server, between the people, the actual gameplay and the overall roleplay its an all around good server. My actions today were not appropriate or acceptable to do during an event like they were doing that day, I was simply trying to anger them as the Kosher Nostra does not like most of the Italians at little Italy and I wanted to mess around but I crossed a line I should not have crossed of course and I think my ban was reasonable but I am actually sorry for my actions. Why should you be unbanned? I think I should be unbanned due to me actually roleplaying within the server, the only reason I actually was banned for this long was due to my extensive record and I have been doing better recently with me joining the Kosher Nostra and making money and doing good larp.
