Banning admin here, You were banned because in both POV's of the clips I was provided with, the taser shot for less than a second while chasing a suspect was clearly unintentional. You were not only not being detained, arrested, or anything for that matter, but you were never being arrested for any sort of felony. You waited to shoot the officer when you knew you had a guarenteed chance at the kill. This is RDM because of the reasons as stated above. You have a large amount of PO's and seem to not understand not everything needs to end in violence

Hey, I’m the admin who PKed you. I know you’re saying you didn’t mean to get involved, but the rules are pretty clear about situations like this. You were inside the apartment during a raid, and that counts as being part of it. According to the rules, if you’re killed during a robbery or raid, it leads to a PK. Even though you might not have intended to help, just being inside during the raid makes you involved. The video shows you entered with around six other people in flannel shirts trying to break in. The apartment owner didn't want anyone inside, which means you shouldn’t have been there. A raid means forcing your way into a place, which includes just being there when things are going down. It’s not just about stealing or fighting; it's also about being part of the scene where the crime is happening. The rules say that if you’re caught in a robbery or raid, it counts as participation, and that’s what happened here. So, based on the situation and sticking to the rules, the PK had to be done. -Shards

I am the administrator who oversaw your PK. Your Don issued orders against you for leaving the family without permission and sent people to end your life. The PK was justified. The only thing I can tell you is that if you were going to do something like that, you should have gotten permission from your Don before leaving the family.

@Toast , I just want to say there was no trolling. I was chasing down two people who hit me with a crowbar after I talked to them. I was shooting while chasing them down. After a bit, the two people hid in the middle of a bunch of 14k. I walked by trying to tell them what was going on, and the LeGrande people shot at me. A shootout occurred; I killed one of them, and I died. After that, I wanted to come back and explain the whole situation. After I go to explain, I get headshotted, and the person said, 'Clip him and get banned,' which I thought was super funny since they shot at me first. That is the end of that situation. It happened some time back, at least 30 to 40 minutes ago. After that, I thought i was under no obligation to stay on the server, I have real-life things to do, Why would i wait for a situation that I thought would never be resolved.

I hopped on the server, started off as an Italian character for a bit, then switched to my Blood character. Got into some RP, had a couple of shootouts (all started by the other guys, mind you), then left the hospital. I got a bit trigger-happy, shot randomly, even at a parked car, got myself killed. I laughed it off, had to step out for some real-life stuff, and when I got back, Discord message saying I'm banned for LTAP. I'm scratching my head trying to figure out which part of this is LTAP, if any. And come on, I used to be staff here and will return. You really think I'd pull something like that? Plus, I swear the ban came like 20 minutes after I stepped out. I just wanna know what's up with the ban, and if I messed up, I'll own it and apologize.
