Sir, we were all obviously minging and I can assure you none of their faction members or my faction members had a problem. The only reason you got that clip is because some bystander who rdm'ed me after NLR started shooting me. If he was actually in the conflict trying to have fun like us faction members and not trying to show off his gun he would have never sent you that clip. I am just trying to say that the PK is unfair since it was a note at first and then you switched up on me, we were all having fun. This is why staff have bad rep on server, I just started and you cant cut me some slack? Please bro let me be unpk'ed. For the ban, I didn't even appeal the ban. But, since you keep mentioning it I will speak on it. Yes, due to me being a new player I started punching 2 people on a different char and I accept that. I was in frustration since this was my first day on the server and I had made over 100k and didn't want to disappoint my faction. I really like the Bruno-Scarfo's and they have treated me very well, I just was so angry that I let them down because I wanted to pay the 150k kickup to them. I just ask for forgiveness for the PK not the ban, I accept everything I did to get banned but I just want some reconciliation and empathy. The player who I failmugged wasn't even the one complaining. In matter of fact none of the Lucchese had a problem with me trolling with them. You sent all of these rules thinking I was really trying to mug a Lucchese member infront of 9 colleagues when we were all trolling. I wasn't trying to mug the guy and we were just trolling. I accidentally clicked the tie button and ran away immediately, it was clearly an accident and you don't have to be on my ass for it. I don't understand how you pk and ban me when they were also breaking rules like rdm and just having straight up 3v3s in the streets, but you are yet to respond to that claim since you know you are wrong.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I believe I should be unpk'd because we were all trolling with the Lucchese at midnight running 3v3s in the streets and shit and having gunfights. I thought it would be funny to troll with ziptie and they didn't even care. The moderator Yugi gave me a note and left me off to mind my own business. He then 15 minutes later puts me in sit saying Pendred wanted him to ban me and stuff like that. I believe this was very unfair to me since I was given a warning and had literally started a day ago and have made some really good friends on this character. I don't want me trolling around with others to affect anyone's roleplay or reflect who I am, so I ask that the admins reconsider their decision and unpk me. I believe instead of a PK, a possible ban should rather be appointed since we were all having fun. Hell, we were basically running boxfights in hardware! Thanks for your time, zuzu
