As for your screenshot I did infact say that comment. But I also couldn't hear you guys until I swapped back. I thought swapping back wouldve fixed it. I tried fixing it by going back but by the time i plugged back in my headset you banned me. I don't really think this ban is legitimate since prior to it I said my headset died and you didn't give a reasonable amount of time to respond. Hello, I believe I should be unbanned for LTARP | NITRP since in chat prior to my ban I had mentioned my headset died and I couldn't hear anything. So when someone is screaming at me to consent to a search I can't really hear them (I have chat logs proving this and admins do too). Prior to that I was being tormented and harassed after getting discharged from the PD and the admin who did it was gagging and muting me to make fun of me and he knew I was and he kept provoking me. com ticket: Alright, I was fired for the following infractions: A-12, B-19, B-3, C-2 and this is my appeal for it. A12. I was never put into a situation where I would have been incapable because I was pretty capable when I filed a DA ticket and did all of the arrests on my own for Wang and John Fitzgerald. This is probably a stacking charge from before my reinstatement so I find it as a unreliable way of describing it. B19. This is extremely false because I didn't even have my mic on for most of the time and I hadn't said anything to anyone in a harmful way. I was constantly told to shut the fuck up and even told to sit in the interrogation room like a dog because I was "too ugly" for the lawyer. They chose the lawyer's word and listened to him even though I am the Arresting Officer. B-3, C2. These infractions are literally replicas of one another and are stacking. I only had backtalked when I was told to go sit in the corner of the interrogation room and the admin even gagged me and muted me when I tried resisting. I told the corporal it was unlawful to make the AO sit in a corner just because he wasn't appealing to the lawyer. I was bullied and tormented by this department and I will ask for my reinstatement or compensation for the harm done to me. I agree, but for starting off I am of course going to stick to the customs of the server and what I know is best to start off with.

With all factions, you want to add a new unique reason to why you're there. I understand how society normalizes the idea of minging when it comes to the Indian accent but I ensure you that this is entirely RP and I truly believe MafiaRP deserves a Indian crime family. I care about our first impression but I am not just going to let us be a monotone faction and have no twist. I believe that our faction has a great motive and I believe despite this application not going well, someday you guys will understand why I wanted this. I know no one is taking me serious but I truly want to have fun roleplaying and I saw an oppurtunity for it so I took it (The 7/12 gas station). I respect everyone's opinion, even yours. I just don't like everyone jumping to the conlusion "Oh, its a minge faction just because people are going to make Indian accents." Well Fox, every faction in the server makes you do security also it is a way to see if people are not patient enough. I am not sure how much you are on but every faction requires you 30 minutes. I also have members who are significantly more experienced than me who will run as lead advisors for the faction. You're acting like this faction is not for RP yet every one of my points have connected. Aswell, I am not the only one running the faction and will have a democratic vote to see who will run as a boss/rep, this is kinda like how some countries have both a King and parliament. I believe this would also perfectly fit how the 7/12 is open and it correlates with everything. I will promise you it will not be a minge faction otherwise the Jews might aswell be considered a minge faction when they first started aswell.

Hello, I truly understand your response but my faction really wants to signal and try to convert people to the idea of community and brotherhood rather than individualism. In comparison, you also said low playtime, I have enough to understand the game and I know the rules and how to operate. I said low-violence because we won't be messing with anyone just how the Popov's said their claim and also I find it quite absurd how you say just because we don't operate on killing that we won't retaliate. If you read up there I clearly state, "As Patels, we believe in brotherhood and will die for any one of our trusted members. We believe in true authenticity and building trust with one another. Therefore, if you betray our trust we will not be as patient and will not take this lightly" and in other sections too. Also, just like any faction, I will offer 10-20k for 30 minutes of security. It will operate the starting process just how any faction would. Finally, on the bullet where you said "awful indian accent," I think that claim is false because just like any other faction, there would obviously be banter and stereotypes for example, the Jews and their "penny pinching, long nose, and snotty behaviour" or also the Irish and their "a bota o wata." I personally don't believe any of your points are valid besides the backstory which I can argue that we are refugees from the political violence happening at the time. Hello! I felt I was being led on by the guy who instigated by providing me with the gun. In contrast to your point, I had mentioned to you during the sit I had killed him for the "felony reasons" listed above. the guy also quite literally in that clip initiated a confrontation with the officer due to him pulling a gun outside of PD. Not trying to argue but you showing the death does not equal context. All that clip shows is the kill, from your evidence there is quite literally no grounds for ban because prior to you recording that clip you didn't know the roleplay behind it. Hello staff team, I am appealing the RDM ruling based on my understanding of the server rules according to your guy's rule of criminal-on-police violence and arrest escalation. Prior to the officer's murder, both I and a friend were arrested on felony charges. This created an adversarial police RP event. During that interaction, I made an IC threat toward the officer involved, stating that I would retaliate. This was purely roleplay dialogue and not an immediate action or escalation. (Rather a warning) (In real life this would be the same case-keep in mind) After being released, the same officer immediately began pursuing me again proclaiming I was trespassing and insisting it was resisting arrest (He doesn't understand that once you are freed you spawn back on police property, I have a clip if needed). At that point, I had not initiated any violence, and the pursuit happened almost instantly after spawning. From my perspective, this felt like a continuation of the prior felony arrest scenario rather than a completely new and unrelated interaction. Shortly afterward, another individual who was nearby with me and actively involved in the situation provided me with a gun and encouraged my retaliation not only for his friend, but me too, against the officer for arresting our friend on felony gun charges. Why I Believed My Actions Were Within the Rules Based on my understanding of the rules, I believed my actions were jutified. The rules stated that the players may attack officers if they attempt to arrest or detain you or a member of your group when you know that arrest would result in aa felony charge. The officer had already arrested both me and my group member on felony charges and was continueing enforcement action immediately after release, which I reasonably believed could lead to further felony consequences. Additionally, the rules allow defending group members if they are part of your faction or rolling with you. The motivation for my actions was directly tied to the arrest and incarceration of my group member for felony gun crimes. I believed this fell under defending a group member rather than a random or unjustified attack. This was not a KOS situation or random violence. The officer involved had already been directly engaged with me and my group through felony arrests, and the situation felt like a continuation of an ongoing RP conflict rather than a fresh encounter with no context. I was also aware that shooting police would make me PK-active. I did not expect immunity from consequences. My belief was simply that the engagement itself was allowed under the escalation rules as written. Clarification on Intent My intent was not to rule cherry pick. I acted based on my understanding that felony arrests justify escalation, defending group members is allowed, and this event was part of an ongoing RP conflict rather than a random act of violence. If my interpretation of the rules was incorrect, I am fully willing to accept clarification and adjust how I handle similar situations in the future. I respectfully ask that the punishment be reconsidered given the overlap and ambiguity in the rules regarding felony arrests, group defense, and continued police pursuit.
