Today I was banned for powergame and being a LQP because I had walked into the tattoo parlor and I had Smarty behind me metagaming my other char names (I have proof and there are witnesses). I was just chilling and not talking when he made up a lie saying I had a weapon on me, so then I exited the parlor as told. I then continued to ask why I was trespassed since I was oblivious at the time because I didn't know bringing a gun into a place called "Golden Armory" wasn't allowed. I had full reason to go talk to them because the tattoo parlor was new and I was just visiting some new buddies I met at Alglheiri for food. Smarty kept instigating and causing problems and they were like "we dont give a fuck" so they kicked him out right after I left the bar. I never was killed and I believe me trespassing on their property isn't powergame but rather an IC Issue that should be solved accordingly. I had already spoken to AceAdmiral about my encounters and she left me off with a warning and thats when I had stopped interacting with them. I don't think I was addressed properly either because while in my sit with joeeey1 and animator they both were in the IC conflict (not really joey but animator was legit the officer who tried arresting me). I also have had a bad history with both of them so I don't believe my punishment was truthful at all. If you have questions I will answer anything and everything. i know I will get a lot of hate in the bottom, but I will try to be as truthful/transparent as possible. Hello, although it may have seemed I was that. They didn't follow proper guidelines and they obviously knew OOC I wasn't a cop and there was never a time where I spoke to them IC about anything really, so this is inadmissable. Per the guidelines, I would like to see the proof for "reasonable suspicion they are a rat" as for my right.

And I dropped all my equipment? But that was right when I left my character. The admin had kicked me aswell to reset the char so it doesnt show as a cop. Him kicking me and resetting me implied that I was free to go so I swapped char

As for your screenshot I did infact say that comment. But I also couldn't hear you guys until I swapped back. I thought swapping back wouldve fixed it. I tried fixing it by going back but by the time i plugged back in my headset you banned me. I don't really think this ban is legitimate since prior to it I said my headset died and you didn't give a reasonable amount of time to respond. I thought once I was changed outside of NYPD uniform and stuff I was free to go so I just swapped back. I apologize for inconveinence.

Hello, I believe I should be unbanned for LTARP | NITRP since in chat prior to my ban I had mentioned my headset died and I couldn't hear anything. So when someone is screaming at me to consent to a search I can't really hear them (I have chat logs proving this and admins do too). Prior to that I was being tormented and harassed after getting discharged from the PD and the admin who did it was gagging and muting me to make fun of me and he knew I was and he kept provoking me. com ticket: Alright, I was fired for the following infractions: A-12, B-19, B-3, C-2 and this is my appeal for it. A12. I was never put into a situation where I would have been incapable because I was pretty capable when I filed a DA ticket and did all of the arrests on my own for Wang and John Fitzgerald. This is probably a stacking charge from before my reinstatement so I find it as a unreliable way of describing it. B19. This is extremely false because I didn't even have my mic on for most of the time and I hadn't said anything to anyone in a harmful way. I was constantly told to shut the fuck up and even told to sit in the interrogation room like a dog because I was "too ugly" for the lawyer. They chose the lawyer's word and listened to him even though I am the Arresting Officer. B-3, C2. These infractions are literally replicas of one another and are stacking. I only had backtalked when I was told to go sit in the corner of the interrogation room and the admin even gagged me and muted me when I tried resisting. I told the corporal it was unlawful to make the AO sit in a corner just because he wasn't appealing to the lawyer. I was bullied and tormented by this department and I will ask for my reinstatement or compensation for the harm done to me. I agree, but for starting off I am of course going to stick to the customs of the server and what I know is best to start off with.

With all factions, you want to add a new unique reason to why you're there. I understand how society normalizes the idea of minging when it comes to the Indian accent but I ensure you that this is entirely RP and I truly believe MafiaRP deserves a Indian crime family. I care about our first impression but I am not just going to let us be a monotone faction and have no twist. I believe that our faction has a great motive and I believe despite this application not going well, someday you guys will understand why I wanted this. I know no one is taking me serious but I truly want to have fun roleplaying and I saw an oppurtunity for it so I took it (The 7/12 gas station). I respect everyone's opinion, even yours. I just don't like everyone jumping to the conlusion "Oh, its a minge faction just because people are going to make Indian accents."
