I enjoyed my time on this server and I am intrigued by the diversity of pathways and approaches to roleplay in this server compared to other GMod servers. I think it's been 10 months since the original ban and I remember I think I did an appeal before, but I wasn't honest and tried disputing the ban knowing well that I did metagame and then tried ban evading. The account that got banned for this is my alt that I used for my other characters due to not me having extra character slots, and I was basically acting like a dumbass by trying to scare people pretending I'm an undercover fed. However, I used metagame and external resources to find out people's names and other details, which is now why I am aware of the reason for the ban. Then for some reason, I tried using my main account (the one I'm appealing for), which has my character who was an acting Capo for the Lucchese family and was very rich — which I don't even know why I tried that, as it resulted in me losing all that progress in that family and the benefits of my grinds. So I want you to consider unbanning this account, but I will have no problem with keeping the other account banned, as I did commit an offense with it and I understand the reason for the ban and why it should stay banned. However, if that's not possible, as both accounts need unbanning so the system doesn't ban me, I promise to follow the rules and not use my alternate account to try and do dumb stuff or ban evade with the other account. Overall, I am very sorry about my rule breaks and thank you for reading and considering this possibility and it would bring me lots of happiness if you are able to allow me to come back to this great community and unique server where I received many memories from. On this account, I played diverge for a while. You can check my first log on the server was a long time ago, and I made good memories on it and had lots of fun. So much fun, I set up more characters on my other alt to explore different paths of roleplay. I had no problem using these two accounts. But then, one day I was playing on my private stalker/investigator character where I would ghost people, finding out stuff about them and then I came off. After eating, I came onto my main account to hop on my made char and handle some product but it says that account is perm banned because its an alt account of my other account. Now I didnt know my alt account was banned. Before, my alt account has been banned for a few hours and days, I never hopped on my alt account to try ban evade. But the thing about this ban is I didn't know I was banned. No contact was attempted to be made to me, I had no admin sit or anything. Just banned on my main, I check, banned on both accounts. So I want to apologise but also to gain some information on why I was even banned on my alt account in the first place. Diverge has been a server I could always just return to, make a character and have fun, I havent played diverge in a while and forgot about the ban but I rediscovered it and decided to make this appeal as I am 1. confused on why I was banned, why I didnt even get an admin sit. 2. missing the server and I have unsolved business for example my made character is just sat on that account, not paying any kickups or anything and my NYPD character who I had a goal of getting into detectives and a good rank. I see if you guys would like to keep my alt account banned, that would make sense if I really did metagame and powergame but this account I've spent ALOT of time on and it has many rare custom clothes and stuff but i cant enjoy that stuff now all because I didnt know my alt account was banned and no admin sit was made for it. The admin also could've looked for me on discord as my discord id and alt account's names are the same. Thats only for the first few weeks of our existence where we will be mainly focused on selling our product. This is so the early members and new associates learn how to make money and actually do make money. Then after a month or two we will switch to mainly focusing on getting our name out there. Basically diplomats with other factions seeing who wants to be our allies and partners in the crime life. This is also where I would host a few of the events i talked about in my application , I would gather 5 - 10 of our members , rent out a townhouse and either sort out a party the public can attend or even set up a drug shop / trap house. Basically where anyone interested in buying our product , we will take to a secret room (or the basement) of our townhouse and sell them our drugs , all while under the cover the party going on above. Also runners doesnt just mean drugs , we are people who work on the streets. We will be hustlers , not just illegally but we will set up unique businesses to hustle on the street and make cash legally aswell. We are commerce , we also want to bring in new players and show them this side of mafia rp. Lots of rp on the streets while also making money. So that is what sets us apart from other factions

As our name applies (Corredores Do - meaning Runners of the) then road , we will be a gang constantly active in rumour , we wont be doing afk simulator at our property (of course we will still run our property) but what i tend to see is high ranks just sit at the property while the associates do business but my street gang everyone will be out there hustling and the high ranks will sort out higher stuff like crew deals , gang deals and relationships with other factions. We also will do alot of parties like I will explain underneath. We will party to interact with others and increase member activity. We will also set out to try do big deals with factions and interact with them. Possibly host a boss poker night so we can bond and talk business and the situation on the streets. Basically we wont be a passive faction that sits back and does nothing , we will interact , make money and get our members rich and anyone who deals with us rich too. Then after that hosting car meets to enjoy our money we have all made together. Also thinking cerenomies of any big promotions and also in-gang competitions like hiring competitions , who can stock up on the most drugs (promotes activity and being active on the street) . I also got events planned like gun practise , gun competitions to help newer members get the ropes on pvp on mafia rp and also classes for newer associates on how to survive the streets like bringing extra company to any deals to prevent muggings and best trade rates to profit the most. We will take in new members and turn them into seasoned money machines. Then the plan is any associates who we see have promise of becoming a big part of the gang will be tasked with stuff like hits , possibly running their own big deals between themselves and fellow new members to gain that experience and proving themself. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Powergame. I went into PD to get my Arrest Warrant fulfilled after I saw it had been put out in the Police Discord. Seeing as there was no chance I was getting out of my charges (20x Aggravated Possession of Illegal Narcotics + possible time for Weapons Stockpiling), I decided I would get it over with so I could start my next characters life sooner rather than later. I told them who I was, they checked my ID, confirmed it was me, and brought me to the cells. After that, they brought me out of the cells and sentenced me to a hundred years. My boss, Vito Martono (or the._.don on discord), than started having me do other things before he hopped into a VC with someone who had a clip of everything that had happened. After watching it, he'd realize that no Plea Deal was signed, making any and all sentences null and void. However by that point I had already been sentenced, and called an admin to get me PK'ed. I guess I or they misunderstood because when I told them I needed to be PK'ed for my sentence, they put my reasoning as Suicide instead of Sentencing.
