how about we obliterate all the cops? I see more Mongo Probos than I see White Shirt Lobotomites. For real though, an overarching thing such as RICO would be nice surface level and make it harder. I have to agree that the less RP-Reliant Diverge couldn't handle something super mega rapey, even with it being watered down. I understand where you're coming from but the days of Feds and RICO on Diverge are gone my friend. -1
