Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Didnt mean to kill the person, went into third person and it wacked her into the ground, as you can see from me imminently stopping my movement because i didnt mean to do it, yes i parked my car on the sidewalk by blue lobster behind my homie's car, was asked to move it before they started hittin it with props n shit, picked her up for jokes cus i was jus picked up as well and put back down.
