I would like you to look at my explanation for that previous ban please, as they say "Don't judge a book by it's cover" and I am thankful to all the people who are on here defending my character. I really do try and add to the city's roleplay, the kill logs will show I'm not some sort of mingey guy running around trigger happy lol, Chin is a businessman first, and many people know that to be true. Yes I wasn't always this serious but since I have been back and active now as 'Chin' DiMeo I would say I'm one of the more serious RP'ers you will see in the city.

Thanks, this is actually helpful information to have and if I knew this at the time I would have went about it in the right course of action, but in my mind at the time I wasn't RDM'ing, I was trying to RP. As I said in above appeal in my mind the RP aspect came in when I was in a secluded spot with no risk of being ID'd for the crime, I now know that doesn't correlate with the rules but I hope it can be understood the whole time RP was the intent, I never want to break character.

I'd also like to clarify as it keeps getting brought up I have an RDM ban already. When I first came onto this server with my IRL friend we did not know what to do and we were just screwing around, we were RP'ing as Magicians asking people to "pick a card" etc. Anyway, That ban came because of my friend, I killed him for a joke and he made a staff sit about it to troll me as we are IRL friends, and I ended up getting a 2 week ban. That was a mingey name and everything, ever since I came back as 'Chin' a few weeks ago, no one can say I've played like that, and if they try to say I do they best have clips to back it up, because I don't minge.

You never heard me out, you don't know my character, I was AFK and you just banned me, I have been very supportive of this server, actually had another 160 dollar donation coming up, I wasn't even given the chance to defend myself, and that does not sit right with me.

Now fast forward 5 mins the guy is talking shit again but I don't kill him, I walk off back to what I was doing and went AFK as I had stuff to do. I come back to a ban screen for 2 weeks for RDM, and this guy is trolling me in my discord clearly knowing its not a fair ban, and the fact I was just banned without getting to say my side of the story is not fair in my eyes. This same guy was over at our shop a few days ago being a minge for no reason with ample warnings to leave our shop, and his approach being unrealistic RP. Why should you be unbanned? I have been very invested in this server, spending a lot of money in the process, and I have not been a minge RP'er one bit, many people would tell you since 'Chin' has came into the city he has been a man of his word and has been doing a lot of good business and relationship building, and doing things the right way. I was never given a chance of explaining why this guy was killed and why it was realistic RP as I made sure to only kill him when it was a clear coast and no one would be able to ID or link me to the crime, and he himself started the confrontation leading to the realistic RP outcome. this was not a Random Death Match case, as there was nothing random about the interaction Additional Information (images, videos, etc): Photo of the guy who caused the ban trolling me in discord after the ban as he knew what he had done and that I'd not be happy when I returned, for context: I don't even know this guy and have never had an interaction to cause this behaviour, this is just minge levels.
