I wasn't aware that I had another offense on record for LTAP. I can assure you that this was not intentional, despite how it looks. I hope you can forgive me and unban me, I will not have any more run ins like this.

I also understand that the player broke no rules, just stating that I shouldn't have been CKed over this as it was a 5 second situation that was cut short before any RP could actually take place. If you are holding a weapon actively in your hand then fearrp does not apply and you may retaliate (even if it is on safety, E+R)

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The individual who I interacted with risked his life and unfairly murdered me, despite having a weapon out, it was not drawn and he had a pistol at point blank range to his skull, turns around and shoots me anyways. Now per rules, I am not allowed to just gun him down; "If you're holding someone under Fear RP and issue them orders/warnings not to do something and they disobey you may kill them. However, one single warning/order will not suffice, multiple warnings in a very short time span will also not suffice, you have to give them adequate time to react." I was under the impression I still had to give people a chance to roleplay, and I did, the player instead didn't say anything and immediately shot me. Another thing that was stated by the admin was I couldn't mug someone interacting with a crate, but I wasn't aware, only planning to kidnap him per orders of an individual I roleplayed with. I believe I shouldn't have been player killed for this situation because the roleplay never even started per the poor roleplay from the other party.
