I mean sure yeah the original ban could be seen as greifing but I see it as the guy that got killed in the raid is a really sore loser and reported me and got me that original ban. They told me that I did not bring any RP to the server but that guy was literally just afk in an apartment and processing drugs so I really do not see how he was either. They also told me that my character was a raid character because I had made it 24h prior to the ban but that is because I was PK'd on my other char so I dont know how if I only have one character how it is only used as a raiding character. But I do see your perspective about me also being a greifer so fair play :)) Edit: I have also seen a lot of people being unbanned for greifing and give more than an extra chance for greifing as well so I think I deserve a chance and if I do anything that goes against the server rules even by little bit then I deserve to be perma banned.

I mean sure there are greifers on the server but not a lot compared to other RP servers from what I have seen. Wish the staff would at least give my appeal a shot.

There was a screenshot of the ban evade with a steamID but again no idea how it happend, truly. I remember being mad about the original ban so I made that unban request and went to bed. After a couple of days I am greeted with perma ban and thought it was just the original ban that was changed due to one of the staffs changing their minds about the length but when i saw the reply from xDutchCat I wanted to try again. I really enjoed my time on the server and the rp was super high quality as well with not a lot of greifers unlike other servers so I really hope I could get another chance to prove myself for you guys again :)) Additional Information (images, videos, etc):

Yes I understand that it looks like it was a revenge raid but like i mentioned in the post the reason I was pk'ed was cuz of an incident of me trying to kill a police officer and nothing to do with the faction. The faction had nothing to do with the reason of my PK and I was just trying to make connections with the chinese cuz i know some of them hate the blue lobster. Side note: Also the second lockpick couldnt be used it was just a missclick on something that was welded shut.

I made a new character named Santos Salamanca to play and the server and joined little israel. Spent most of yesterday fixing different things and helping some people out get away from some people, buying guns from a guy who was shot and took him to the hospital afterwards. Today I log on around 2-3pm gmt+1 and there is basically nothing to do when no one is around so i farm money by growing weed, oil and cocaine. But ofc when no one is online there isnt much to do so i log off and log on around 5-6 hours later. I have no money and dont have much cocaine so i get a lockpick, gloves and a mask and try to break into an apartment or "raid". I see a guy on the bench, pull up my gun and shoot him naturally since i dont want to give him time to react and shoot me. I take all the weed from the apartment and leave. The admin tries to say ive been lockpicking a lot without waiting 15m between but that was the first lockpick i used and havent used any other ones to steal something. I was checking apartments if someone was there but they were empty ofc. I tell a guy about the raid and say fuck blue lobster i was pk'ed but they arent the reason why i got pk'ed so i dont know why it is being classed as a revenge raid im just RP'ing and trying to make the guy like me since he hates them. It seems to me that the guy who i killed in the raid is salty over losing his stuff and is trying to blow this waaaay overproportion. But the guy who banned seems nice and decided not to pk me this time and only ban me for 5 days but i still feel like i shouldnt be banned.
