Hello, I was the sadly the banning admin regarding your ban. At around 1:59AM EST, a ticket was made reporting an LTARP. Claiming the ticket and teleporting to the poor schmuck, I was notified that someone had LTARPed during a FearRP moment. It was explained to me that someone had been stealing their drug processors from their motel room that they've been using. When they tried confronting this individual, he immediately disappeared when they draw their guns according to the player. While they couldn't get the CHarID in time before he disappeared, I then searched up the player's steamID including his friend's to find one of the item IDs of the drug processors. Running said item ID through logs, your steamID was the only one that popped up besides the player and his friend. After lining up the times between your disconnection and when the ticket was made, it further lined up with everything from my perspective. Upon checking your previous offenses, there was a PO for LTARP. Thus leading my decision for a ban. If this was a mistake or misunderstanding, I'd like to offer my sincerest apologies beforehand. Honestly, there isn't much to explain as it was a relatively straightforward PK as shown in the provided clip above. I'm more than inclined to give you another chance since you're relatively new, but that decision will not be made by me but by the reviewing UA member later on. Hello, this PK seems relatively straightforward to be completely honest. You took an item that was intended for someone else and practically stored it for yourself. I don't think I really need to explain on how it falls under mugging rules and the related PK guidelines on that. Staff members are generally not supposed to notify you if you are set to be PK-active, doing so would practically also be seen as bias on the staff member's part. I would also suggest you take a look at the Metagaming Rules section as it covers guidelines on how a player may identify someone during similar situations. Hello, I was the staff member who banned you. The victim who reported stated that he was killed out of no where. After speaking to him, he was just as clueless as I was initially as to the reason you chose to kill him. Since you left the server after the situation, I had no means of gathering context and was basing the ban off what was presented to me as evidence, including the POs you had on your record. If you have evidence of the supposed scam that took place, please do put it here or send it to us and I'll be happy to retract the ban if that were the case. Hello, as already mentioned by canadian before in your player report that you put out, this is not metagame at all.
