I am the individual that was mentioned in this reply, while yes I was arrested I did not have a deal or any dealings with Vindaloo the whole time I have known him, which is brief. The arrest and prosecution has absolutely nothing to do with Vindaloo, furthermore he was the one to defend me on his secondary character, if he was involved in my arrest it would be absolutely unallowed for him to do this. Also as a matter of fact, his secondary lawyer character has defended our faction more than a few times, if he was a rat or a snitch it would be impossible for him to do any of this as our dealings with the police are quite hectic. I am of the personal opinion that everybody supporting this PK is looking at mere coincidences rather than concrete evidence of anything.

This situation for the "Fail Mug" was handled by "Byte" so he already knows what specifically happened. I was banned for a week for "Participating" in the fail mug. I am grateful that Byte resolved the situation much quicker than I originally thought, he handed me a ban for a week in his words. "The reasoning for the length is again you have been active for a week and you already have 5 notes and a ban" Which fair enough, I was banned for RDM earlier in the week, it was my bad, it wasn't a case of me walking up to the man and unloading on him but it's not relevant, honest fuck-up. I am not entirely sure what the notes are for, I've only ever been in an admin sit twice from my memory. Though the situation with the mugging was 5 of my faction members started to mug somebody and they called me on radio to assist them, a minute goes by and I finally show up and participated all of about 10 seconds until we were gunned down by other individuals. According to the moderator it was a fail mug but why am I getting caught in the cross-fire, I didn't initiate it and nothing would have changed me being there or not. A week ban for participating in a "Fail mug" for 10 seconds is absolutely ludicrous I fail to see how that's justified in the slightest, a day or two is more understandable, but a week? I'd get a lesser punishment for RDM or Minging.
