This was my third one which sent me down to probationary for 3 weeks, then I was getting chased from other officers to put on a probationary vest which then I proceeded to fire shots in the air to make them back off, I was then arrested and charged when I was in the cells my colleague Mike Stevens (blobbis22) came into the cells and I told him he should uncuff me and we should take the lawyer hostage as a rp scenario I then asked multiple people if I’d get banned for this even a moderator (Crimson) and they all said no and we would probably just get pked which was fine with us so we carried out with our rp mike even said in chat if they open the door we would kill the hostage and then the officers opened the door and opened fire I would provide the necessary clip but I’m at work currently however after they opened fire we both returned fire but ultimately were overpowered and then when we were in pd basement after respawning they all ran down and arrested us and we were both handed 105 year sentences and we ultimately accepted them resulting the pk of our characters, We were completely fine with this and I ended up going to bed and waking up to see I was banned for 2 weeks. Now at first I wasn’t even going to appeal it because I was pissed off but then I checked the rules and couldn’t find anything that stated that I had broken the rules, moderators if you choose to keep me banned that’s fine but all I ask is that you atleast shorten it by a week or a little longer because I cannot possibly play Ark, Batman Arkham Knight, and arc raiders for 2 weeks straight, and I need to be able to pay my faction the weekly tab, thank you. (If this ticket is still open when I get home and people are asking for the clip I will post it)

Nonetheless i still strongly believe that this really caused no harm other than the player who made the ticket crying about it. I will reinstate what i have been saying and its that this could have definitely been solved with police and not an admin.

Now lets get into why i think i should get unbanned, 1 this is the 1st time i have gotten banned in like 2 or 3 months because i have actually not been dicking around and doing dumb shit. Now did i know what power gaming was? No, Do i still have any clue what power gaming is? No, If i had known what power gaming is and that it was a bannable offense would i have done what i did? No, but however i still dont think i should have been banned because not even 10 seconds after i dropped it infront of imperial i went back and picked it up. Now i know that probably does not justify anything because it is apparently "power gaming" but i feel like if imperial really had a problem they could have called the police and had them handle it because i was not "forcing them to pick it up" according to calink who said that was the definition of power gaming which i was not forcing them to do anything. Thats all i really have to say, if im being honest i dont expect this ban to be reversed but i had alot of people telling me to appeal so i did it anyways. nb2x95 76561199802104472 892499216662925343 RDM | ARDM 14 days This ridiculous tbh i was following the rules enjoying my time back and got on my cop character to go on patrol, we ran into a lady and a man and then later on were in pursuit of the woman because she claimed people were firing shots. she was standing on the bridge trying to run away so i broke it and unfortunately she died. Then later on my partner tried arresting me so i ran across the bridge and broke it so they couldnt get to me and some random civilian (the one who complained by the way who i did not even kill) was following us around the whole time and was on the bridge trying to run towards me when i broke it and then he fell down on to the trash bags and SURVIVED he then killed me and i was back at pd talking to my partner who i killed and he didnt really care he just said "dont shoot me again" and then as me and him were going back out on patrol i got pulled and at first pyro sounded chill until he started saying he was gonna ban me even when i told him my reasoning, I understand how my actions could have made other people angry with me but in the end the 2 people who died did not care not in the slightest and were not even the ones who made the ticket. I understand i have a terrible track record but i truly enjoy playing this server. Admins if youd like to see the clip id be more than willing to stream it to you on my pager as i dont have medal premium and cant paste the clip for you.

If you actually had a Brain and read the appeal you’d understand that I had no intent to kill anyone until they shot at me, cause like I said I was shooting at my FRIEND which he had no problem with it’s not my fault those dickheads shot me and ntm I do have serious rp accounts that I use all the time

You say I had no friends in the crowd when the dude in the blue suit aka (jonny doe) was the friend I had in the crowd and you can literally ask him, and it’s pretty obvious I was only shooting him as in the clip you showed it shows me shooting him and nobody else, yes I did kill other people but that was after the fact they shot at me and in the sit you said I gave you an “antagonistic attitude” when I barely said anything cause yall were talking over me and didn’t let me speak. Idk where your tryna get at with this but I promise you everything your saying is strictly bullshit.

Secondly i had no intent to kill anyone at all i was shooting at my friend as a joke which he had no problem with and then all of a sudden the 3 people i killed plus more started firing shots at me.
