So if I do the same thing while not in a faction then I can't be pk'd for illegally selling guns?

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Was never told I had broken a rule, was doing a crime deal but not engaged in any fear rp, just a gun deal. Turns out the person I was speaking to was an admin and I was shot without warning or any knowledge of why, I could even argue fail rp because there was no confrontation proceeding the death. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Took too long to clip it after being in pure shock for over a minute.
