First of all I never disrespected HC I deeply doubt there's any proof of that only once I said to I don't remember who he was high command to move away from me because he was attacking me for exchanging the names with a jew it was like 5 days ago, about the "scam" I never scammed him he came up to me after I said I won a mil in the casino he told me you want to roll for a suit I didn't want to honestly but I was like fuck it why not before starting I asked him do you want to play who gets higher number or who hits the 0 first where he didn't say shit and he started rolling, didn't know this can get me PKed because the reason is dumb, even if I won by not playing by the rules I wouldn't get his suit because he would be the one in my place. He asked me to do a roll again this time his suit for my 200k because I didn't want to roll before, I said no. After it was all normal and I even bought pin and I wanted to buy more pins from him it was like nothing happened, they after came up to me asking for the 300k I knew I was gonna get pked when they took me to the coast, he wanted me to give him 200k and we made a deal on 150k, he even bought me Donator Rank for 500k I literally forgot about the roll I know I had 850k at that moment when I got PKed still didn't want to give him my money because the game wasn't played by the rules if he told me before starting what are we playing I would give him the money I won't care that much tbh because I lost more than 1,5m or even more in the casino always somehow get back, about the disrespect which doesn't exist it was just once I told someone idk who to move away because he was literally powertripping (I know he is a higher rank but still pressing me over nothing) I was talking with HC and the other one that I "Disrespected" about that I wasn't guilty about that one for sure, and I don't remember any more disrespects because they don't exist, I know that the PK was given out by the Don but he should keep in mind that the guy didn't give me his suit, money or anything even offered the roll he didn't suffer any financial loss if I didn't play by the rules like him and I stole his suit that would be valid because I literally scammed him that way. I even compensated 150.000$ for him I had money so that's it and I feel like even if I gave him those 300k I would still get PKed for the "Disrespect" why didn't the Don come to me and talk about that I would say what really happened to avoid the PK and if he actually thinks I am lying or something I would give him the 300k fuck it. Examples: If they withheld money (kick-ups), robbed/mugged/scammed a fellow member, or did something else to directly harm the gang in a financial way. (If somebody was hurt in financial way it was me compensating him the 150.000$ he wanted) If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: Sadly I do not have that because my medal clips 4 minutes but if he or someone else has a proof I would like to see it.

You never got a clip from me because I wasn't recording. This doesn't apply to him but it applies to me when I came back to a guy after he killed me (wasn't the same area still got warned)? I don't see the point tbh. You can literally see my ping in-game you have the abilities to check where I am from and see that my ping is trash so therefore it had a delay when he whipped the pistol out i only started running when he started tying me. Look even if I recorded you wouldn't see his death as you said it's 6 minutes but everyone records for like 3-4 minutes clips. Like usually before every time someone mugs me they pull out the gun first and then start tying me when they do that nobody has the problems. This time I was close to the door and bro started tying me up first and then pull out a pistol that was on safety (on my screen) so I ran away but you can see that I was injured like 1 tap was enough to kill me I didn't even get to go through the door. Just so you know that he was so pissed that I killed him he came back like 5 mins after. The NLR should still apply just like it applied to me when I came to a guy and I just said something to him. As it states in Life Rules "Do not loiter just outside the area and do not go seek the same players to create another situation." He obviously wanted to mug me to get his oxy back because I killed him even when I killed him he told me "Damn bro I sold you oxy now you kill me" So I just think that it's NLR and 2nd the trash ping I couldn't see a thing as him.

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The guy that mugged me on the clip was killed by me like 5 mins before that or even less. Didn't record at that time I stopped the medal I was about to get the shipments and go take a shower. And the guy came back asking me to buy oxy (same guy sold me the oxy) I told him 5k so he was a bit sketchy so we went behind the store where he tied me. So there's the point where I broke the fearrp on his screen his gun was on safety when he pulled it out, on my screen it was different because I am Eastern European my ping is like 250 or even more sometimes. He started tying me and I immediately ran away didn't even get to go through the door I was killed. If he pulled out a gun before and then he started tying me there's no chance I wouldn't see because of the ping. Btw please check and you'll see that I killed him with a shovel right like 10-15 meters outside the store. I got NLR warn just because I came back to a guy that killed me and I didn't do shit to him and it was more than 10-15 meters. As you can see on the clip he doesn't have his usual red shirt he wears he took that off just so I won't recognize him and report him for NLR he did that great btw he was just mad because I killed him after he killed my friend.
