+1 as someone who has a mic but types all the time, sometimes you can be completely ignored if someone isn't looking at chat in a group of people.

+1 I like the death animations but I think a better option could be available for gun movements. At the moment when you crouch with a gun out, on your screen you're an inch from the floor and for everyone else you remain almost the same height.

I see both sides of this, you should obviously make your character how you want them for the long-run but I myself have picked a head I liked just to find out I can never wear a cool hat because they're not compatible. +1 on this idea

Again, are you involved in this PK somehow? I feel like a lot of PKs get denied from people who have no idea of the situation commenting on posts discrediting what the person appealing is trying to say. I actually have been warned for commenting on forums posts that didn't involve me but for some reason both of my PK appeals have random posts in them. I really am trying to not be an ass this time around but it really seems sometimes like members in Italian factions can get away with anything whether it be in-game or on the forums.

Standing in the road and being run over are synonymous. If you can kill a hangaround for bad driving even though they have no knowledge of any criminal activity I would be very surprised. As far as causing trouble with allies, I don't think that what I do on another character that I never told either faction about should effect my other character's PK. I never brought any heat to the family as everything I did was after being removed from the company pager as well as I was never informed of any family/criminal organization, as far as I knew, I worked as a bouncer at the Trattoria. Could you name your part in the PK? Also those charges were last night by a probie who got me for defending myself. Didn't take place on any company property either. (This also all happened after I was metagamed out of the Cassano discord)

What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was only playing this character to help prove that the Italian factions were metagaming me. I never touched anything illegal on this character or any of the rackets besides oil. I have only spent a few hours on this character and would have no reason to be PKed. I was a hangaround and was removed from the Cassano discord after being PKed by the Altoviti faction yesterday. I had not told Altoviti about my Cassano character and they should in no way be connected other than through meta-gaming. I had no in character knowledge of any criminal activity during my time working at Cassano so they would have no reason to treat me as more than a employee and fire me. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

I would just like to wait for other people to review this as I think that made up information that can be proven false being used as a reason to be PKed is unreasonable. I don't know who this friend of yours is or how they came up with what they told you but I highly doubt it was anything in character. I've been playing a lot and learned a lot more about the rules since my last PK and I am almost certain that any information given about the reason for my PK wasn't from anything in character.

Unfortunately logs will show I was shot in the crossfire in the Napoli room and never made it out as well as they will prove I was in the room before the police came in and was actively filling lockers. I don't know who told you that they saw me run in and out but that can be proven by checking where I was shot in the crossfire before arriving at spawn with Carmine before his PK was enabled. This is also the reason I wasn't arrested in the room. I understand what you may have been told by someone else and don't blame you but I never made it out of the room so it is literally impossible for them to have seen that.

Were you in a location that mugging was even possible? If you were on a busy street in plain view of others, cameras, etc, theres a good chance the mug itself was invalid.

Lol going through the same thing right now. Funny enough my PK was granted by the same staff member as you. Not involved but I'm definitely seeing that it's not just me dealing with staff who can PK you and be with the same faction that PKed you. Only thing that would make this worse is if it was the Lucchese family lol.

Not trying to keep replying to this like a psychopath but trying to plead your case and defend yourself against a group of part-time mafia cyber neo-nazis who have the most pull in the server is a pretty difficult task when half of them don't know any of the story and just agree with whatever their higher up or friend in the group told them. I'm just trying to get as much as what I have to say out there as I'll most likely be dealing with many more people than just those who were actually involved or knew anything about the situation. If it isn't obvious I don't want to be a part of Lucchese. I would really just like to talk to someone not involved with them I could explain this to who could be unbiased and move on with my character without the drama that comes with being part of the mingiest faction on the server ( Didn't hear about Luccchese's reputation for minging and favoritism until I had already been recruited and just want to be done with this ). Or honestly even if the PK is upheld I really don't care at this point but if anything add some diversity to the factions as most all of them are greatly outnumbered by Lucchese and they can pretty much abuse the rules however they like given their status on the server.

This also means you cannot PK someone JUST for up one time. Having continued issues or warnings about behaviour or disputes can cause escalation to a PK.
