Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): In my time on this server, I have indeed had a long history of bans, which I really regret and I understand how I have not been a good player on the server but since the end of the previous ban I have done my best, I have been following the rules and have had every intention to roleplay, which I have done. I am confused about how I had 8 past RDM offenses, as I had only had 1 MRDM Charge previously. Before I was banned I was pulled into a sit by a moderator "Nicholas" who had left me off with a warning, I was later pulled back into a sit by an administator "James" who permanently banned me, I was not given a opportunity to clarify which I have now here.
Why should you be unbanned? Since the end of the previous ban I had been clean on the server, I had roleplayed, I had joined a faction and had found good people! I even joined a professional boxing league. I have participated in the roleplay and have been a good member on the server. But two cases during this time lead me to this perma banned, and both incidents were an accident, in my first incident where I was warned, I had accidentally killed someone after I got into a violent altercation with a group of people in the blue lobster restaurant and had unfortunately killed a innocent bystander. In the second case the day of the perma ban, It was also an accident. Attempting to swing at a man who had pulled a weapon on me and charged to attack me I hit his innocent friend who I killed after he pulled a weapon on me. I believe I can still bring good roleplay and action to the server and I can make it more enjoyable for others, these two accidents shouldn't be the reason why I can't do so.
